Perhaps, just offer to settle with Tom. Take one half of winnings from current status of your challenge, and then have Tom issue a press release saying you are on another level of expertise and deserve total focus for a weekend match. You and he will then do a pay per view heads up match for charity for 1/10 of the total challenge, winner takes all -- though, ultimately it's a win for you, Tom, and the charity. The pay per view and DVD would make money for you two and would also be great poker educational tools for the greater poker community. You two would have an intense heads up game, and then walk away as friends. This way we can all watch you two match wits heads up and for a good cause. Have Tom read Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius' profound philosophical treatise "Meditations" to see that life is too short to have this much chicanery and obfuscation over a game.
