I road to work this morning on my 2014 CB500X. Stop and go for portions, hwy over 70mph for portions. I love it. 70+ mpg. If the bike is dropping when you sit, that is what's causing the suspension issues. Crank up the preload 2-4 notches.

Beginners bike?….man, I’ve owned ZRX’s, Goldwings, Valkyries, and too many scooters to count. This CB500X is my go to for daily riding. When the wife and I like to quiet engine for tooling around Lake Superior. Quiet in nature is the best. You cannot do better than this for mileage and fun! By the way…you got the fastest color 😅…. I hope it’s all you thought it would be….
