I would love to see some tips on downward facing dog, BTW! I have been struggling do get may feet flat on the ground, and idk if I'm stretching my legs the wrong way, or is my hands' position... anyways, I loved your video! thank you so much for sharing your experience and pov on yoga 💕

Focus less on getting your feet to the ground & more on elongating your spine. You might have to bend your knees a little. Over time, as you practice & earn your flexibility, maybe you’ll be able to get the feet down. Thank you for watching! 💛
