  • This video will help you discover your breathing tendencies and teach you how to breath more efficiently. This is critical for anyone with pain or interest in improved athletic performance. It will teach you how to do a one second reset where a full exhale will allow you to access what I call the bottom of your breath where you have access to bringing in more oxygen as well as a state where your parasympathetic nervous system becomes more dominate. This allows for reduced stress and greater health benefits. Watch Posture and Breathing to learn your your alignment determines how your diaphragm can function as well as the following breathing exercises:
Posture Correction Series, Crocodile Breathing, Child's Pose Breathing Exercise, Angels in the snow, Overhead Press, 90/90.

OMG you have all the answers and explanations to everything I that I couldn’t understand with other breathing exercises. I can properly breathe when I conscience about breathing but when I’m in deep concentration of a task, I forget to breathe.😢

In a normal breathing I should contract my abs to get all the air out? And it is normal to feel my back and chest expand while i inhale?
