This is not working they need a place to live that would be a clean environmental issue this is the problem in some other States bad decisions 👎it's remarkable how people earing so much money 💰 🤑 can really think they will continue keep things they will get back the offices this coming November Election?
I PRAY FOR PEACE OF FOR HOMELESS PEOPLE BUT ONThe OTHER HAND I don't Condon it 🙏 and here is why some people gotten there self there over they had no choice, some people gotten there self there over hard times these people and will get the self out of that problems. And some people gotten there self there over illegal drugs they had a choice they didn't take it seriously because they could of thought " I'm not going to Do Those Ilegal Drugs" at all that is your choice and once you are in those places yes it is very hard to get your self out of it you have to have will power 🔋And people do have the freedom of speech, freedom of choice they didn't want to take what's right or wrong 😉

Can't call them animals that insulting to animals.
Not a racist but trying to understandthe situation. Most certainly it's a black town and these guys are black. Why don't they follow the the traffic rules? What do you the about "BLM"?.
It's not a jungle it's a civilized land.
Do your research it’s all races Spanish white and black that ride together that’s a fact! just search philly bike vlogs and you will see thousands of white faces under them masks. Some of them white riders even got there own pages aka zackgoes aka one way Corey with millions of subscribers. But ignorant people like yourself come on here and automatically associate just black people with this in a negative light. A simple 5 min search would of saved you the ignorance in writing this comment. If you had to start a post off with I’m not a racist then proceeds to write some dumb ass 💩
@fantomas What would they do? Matter of fact.., what did they do when they were relevant?
How's it a " Black Town" when there's more whites in the city?
Driving is terrible regardless of race. It’s a me first attitude. This area is largely segregated. Most areas are segregated other than fox chase and cheltenham.
Lol, watching these bikes get so close to the car is getting me heated. 🔫😠😝
Hell ya scratch my Shit 👊🏿
The worst city in the USA I’ve been
Charlie bo!
I want Frank Rizzo back! These idiots would be beaten senseless by Phila PD. LAW AND ORDER, and I don't mean the bleeding-heart liberal TV show
A Lawless city 🌆
You ain't kidding with the title. Start of the video you went by temple. I haven't been around that area since I was in my early 20s. Use to get fire coke around the corner from there. It was considered a bad area back in the late 90s but no one ever messed with me. When you're spending money the people running the block make sure there are never any problems. Problems disrupt business
Facts
That’s badass dude!
Every one of these areas were beautiful, clean, and safe.
It's not the place that's diseased.
I love Philadelphia, I love USA 🇺🇸
