Charlotte is a very beautiful clean city. The wanaabe hood folks from Charlotte are watching this frowning because this vid makes Charlotte seem safe, well taking care of and productive.
@DrewOffline I live IN Charlotte and these niggas get down. A dude got shot from my school like 2 weeks ago. And New Yorkers only run their mouths they don't do no action 💀. I know niggas from LA and DC that'll put a perm mark on ya ykyk. And just now I heard some shots outside that's why I'm here lmao
Charlotte is a very well run city. It is clean and growing. It's the 14th largest city in the US last time I checked. It's about to cross a million people. I like it here.
@@FLINTmitten810 I've lived in many major cities and grew up in NY so it feels pretty small to me but it's growing fast. It will not stop at 14. It's going to move up more
I live here in Charlotte and I been living here for 4 years…the ford, east side and sugar creek only hoods I know of, and a lot of gentrification in this city as well, a lot of people move here daily especially from up north, one thing I can say about Charlotte is they sure as hell use they tax dollars to improve the landscaping and make the streets neat and clean, Charlotte has its own bad areas like any other city but it’s actually a great city to live just very expensive 🤷🏾♂️
I saw no hoods in the entire city. That Sugar creek area is prettt busy but not teally a neighborhood it's mostly motels and restaurants etc on a main street with no through streets. I have that area in some old Charlotte videos.
Them ain’t hood’s neither Rell. All the projects in Charlotte been torn down except for Southside Homes and Dillehay Courts. All the others been replaced. It’s only high crime area’s now, not hood’s.
I moved to Charlotte 15 years ago and remember how scary it was driving down Central avenue. Now you drive down Central ave. and you will see a good example of Gentrification. What was mainly occupied by blacks and latinos is now full of more and more white folks with nice cars. I have been noticing the trend happening on Freedom drive as well. I still see alot of latinos and asians though but thats probably because they tend to live all together in one household and split the rent.
used to live here when i was little, my sister was born here, all I remember was going to Sugar Creek Charter School, i forgot the apartments i lived in tho but our house got robbed once there lmao
I lived in Charlotte my whole life. I have been shot at but w paint ball guns but it sounded like real gun shots which scarred me my whole life. Plus I had my younger sister with me and I know she's scarred to. Charlotte is a safe place but the south side isn't especially brook hill. And the neighborhood across from it.

Man Charlotte is almost 35% black…. About 10% Hispanic in the southern USA… keep thinking it’s sweet down here by the looks… people get there shit knocked off everyday in these beautiful looking streets
The black population in Charlotte has been steadily decreasing. The biggest jump in demographics has been from the Latino and Asian population, followed by the white population. You mentioned the Hispanic population as being around 10%, its actually closer to 15% now and may even be over that. I even noticed that some hispanic people have claimed themselves as being white even though they may have been born in countries such as El Salvador and Nicaragua.
