Great shave. I love the Leaf for head shaves. I use the Twig or Thorn for getting in tighter areas. The Thorn is just a slightly more efficient version of the Twig. Have a great day
I just bought one. Its on sale for Memorial day. I like the idea of 1-3 razor of your choice. I currently have the micro touch butterfly razor and always getting Knick's and cuts.
Hi there, i have the leaf, and i tested all top DE blade brands and i can't get BBS perfect close shave on my head, it feels like a sandpaper if i pass my hand against the grain, I used 1,2 even 3 blades and nothing, using with the grain, across the grain and against the grain, all combinations you can imagine, and nothing... I spent almost 1 hour to complete my head passing many times. So I had already decided to throw the razor in the trash can until I discovered some videos about how to get more aggressiveness using another blade as a shim. after a few tries I get a shim for the Leaf, removing the edge with sandpaper so that the edge is uniform, not with scissors, I put the shim first and the blade above in the botton slot of the Leaf. After that the Leaf efficient increase. It shouldn't be like that, but this has prevented me from throwing the razor in the trash, I'm trying it right now to see how it goes. I always thought that the problem was the poor quality of the razor blades, but apparently it is a deficiency of the Leaf. In short, I'm giving the Leaf one last chance using a shim.
Is this a good razor for head and face. I love the leaf the twig and the thorn i have sensitive skin and I always watch your videos. I have the gillette king c safety razor and the merkur 34c but they dont give me a nice close shave. Which one you recommend me. Thank you and Godbless you always and your family.
For head it's the Leaf Razor 100%. I've had mine now a few months and it makes shaving my head an absolute doddle. Not so great for face though as difficult to reach all the edges or shape up a beard with this. Otherwise it gets a brilliantly close shave without tearing up your skin.

Just got mine. Really like it but wish the springs we’re stronger so it provided more resistance when shaving (before hitting the hard stop).

which one do you have? The chrome or the silver? read somewhere that the chrome is a little slippery

The "Leaf Twig" which is supposed to be a lifetime razor broke on me the first use.
You can't really trust commercials , my Twig broke after 1+ year of use every other day , contacted Leaf and they promptly sent me new one .
Spring is not working anymore.
