I think anyone over the age of 16 knows that, "I'm not drunk/I wasn't drunk" is a clear red flag for being sauced to the point that the host of the party is considering throwing you out.

he just refused to admit he had a few too many scotches... and the queen does not speak in deep voice tones she actually speaks with a high female pitched voice and speaks clearly not mumble some nonsense under her breath. it did give him an excuse but he was too dumb to take it. sober people dont go about mimicking the queen or other notabe people at supposedly serious and sad gtherings. if he thinks he is funny he is dead wrong!. he cant even stay at his first job he is not even good at that!!.

The difference is that you have alternatives to vaccines in the form of treatments and the option to take sanitary precautions and eat well to give your body what it needs to keep from falling into serious sickness.

It's weird, I'm a fairly non-religious person who thinks that human life isn't all that special when you consider all the negatives

I also agree that a certain point has to be agreed on that a baby becomes a human legally.
Is it at birth? At the first heartbeat? At a set point of progress in brain development?
I really don't know and because of that I'd be against outlawing abortion. However, if a universally agreed on point became recognized that a baby, even before birth, became a sentient creature I'd be all for outlawing abortion but only after a certain point (obviously when the child is recognized as just as human as anyone else)
I don't mean to start an argument but what bothers me is seeing such dismissive and vile rhetoric on both sides with little to no consideration for the other side's obviously difficult moral considerations.
Should a woman be forced to carry and birth a child after a horrendous rape?
I personally don't think so.
Should a child be forced out of existence because of the choices of its parents?
I also don't think so.
And right there I'm stuck.
I hope we open up more debate or discussion that can bring people to some consensus and allow us to move forward together.
It's really too bad these morons weren't old enough to refuse vaccines for polio, measles, smallpox, mumps, whooping cough, rubella, tetanus, Hib, diptheria, the hepatituses and others, might have changed the world as we know it. There would be a lot less anti-vaxxers at least. Seems suicidal to go for horse paste when there's proven effective vaccines for Covid-19 and variants. I say let them have their 'freedumb'.

While that'd play great in a TV courtroom drama, I doubt that in real life courts would appreciate if you made a mockery of the process by a fact that is, at its core, irrelevant to the case.
When challenged it is the court's job to determine if the mandate is legal by judging if mandating falls within the powers of the presidency. It's not the court's job to determine if a person not currently involved in making the decision was the worse tyrant. That's the job of politics and it is more important than ever that court and politics are seperate.
Any republican claiming any politician anywhere is “dictator-like” is clearly not living in reality, especially after who they allowed to be in office for the last 4 years. It’s pure insanity!!!
