      I would expect it not to be plugged now that I think of it.. I mean I would expect the issue to be happening all of the time if it were plugged up

    Hey I got a 2000 Toyota Avalon and I replaced both oil control valve solenoids. Do you have any idea why the check engine light keeps showing the same code (p1354). I have really poor acceleration, my car gets stuck around 2000 rpms

      Couple things to check, I’m guessing your Avalon has the 1MZ-FE engine. Could be that the timing is off or could be an oxygen sensor going bad

      Hey is you car running sluggish all the time even on cold starts?

      ⁠@@Tech-28Hey thanks for responding, and I think it might be the timing but I thought changing those oil control valves would fix that? I haven’t tried the o2 sensor yet. But yeah it runs sluggish all the time especially when I come to a complete stop and try to accelerate again it takes awhile to build up speed..

      @@waveedits7197 yeah something’s off man, first thing I would do is check the timing marks and just make sure everything lines up, it only takes a tooth or two off to make a world of a difference
