What brand frame do you have on your bmx?

Ringland failure is only ever an issue if someone pushes it hard just about every time they ever got in to the car. The most common cause being cylinder heads overheating, which stems from the driver side of the engine sharing one coolant hose between two cylinders. This is completely fine for normal, daily spirited driving, but not if you go and do pulls at 6kpms at every red light, which is what a lot of idiot kids do in these things.
Blown Headgaskets are caused by the same thing, but significantly less common than it was for the naturally aspirated 2.0l engines. These third gen WRXs are actually super reliable, as long as you take care of them. Like any car. That reputation just exists because.. well, as you'd expect, most previous owners of these cars didn't do that.

Hey man, fellow Seattleite here! About to pick up a ‘13 wrx hatch! I’m pretty new to mods and everything but I plan on keeping it mainly stock if I can (with the exception of a nice exhaust :D) what other mods would you recommend for a solid daily driver? Again, pretty new to all of this but I want to keep that subie up and running for awhile. Awesome video, thanks for the walk around!

Awesome video, very insightful! Hopefully buying this model very soon. What would you say is the worst part about this car (if there is one lol)?

    • @thesundaymorningdriver1656

I would say the worst part of this car is the maintenance, this car is no Toyota. Keep up on maintenance and always repair it when it needs so. If you can look past that, the car is a blast to own! Thanks for the comment!
