I have a vauxhall vivaro 2004 and my clutch has gone, but I don't know whether I need a 3 bolt fixing or a 2 bolt? Don't suppose you'd know by any chance 😅 thanks. WW52TOW 1.9CDTI

A large majority of them are 3 bolt I have more 3 bolts than 2 that iv done but I'm only going by what I have had. If your worried get the gear box off first and look in. Or get the gear box number and look it up with other ones.

Slave cylinder there is a 2 bolt and a 3 bolt one

I have just done a gearbox change in my renault trafic it is the same as the one in your video and was unsure which was round the clutch plate went can't find anything online can you remember if the side with the plastic color faced transmission side 🤔 I hope so lol thankyou

Hello and welcome do you know the make of the clutch your fitting as most will say flywheel of gearbox side on them 99%of the time there's a flat face side and a raised side if memory serves me 🤞 the raised side goes to the gearbox and the flat side faces flywheel il double check in a moment

@@crankyconrods7417 you are my saviour lol thanks for your quick reply it is a luk three piece clutch I installed I have done several before and all have stated which way round they go but not on this one that I could see and in my haste of removing the old one I didn't look which orientation it was and also doesn't saw which way to install hope that all makes sense to you thankyou

Like me with these pocket devices I can never make sense 🤣 Yea luk is the ridge faces pressure plate that's gear box side. No problems at all hope you have it sorted soon ✌️
