Kit, thank you for this 30 min low impact workout. I have been doing your online workouts since covid-19 and I feel they have helped me to get SO much stronger, mentally and physically. You have taught me to remember that 30 minutes of exercise goes a long way and that I don't need fancy equipment or an expensive gym membership to get fit and feel stronger. I have become so much more attuned to my body since I've started to focus on the little things - the small movements, gestures and goals, oh and of course the incredible power of breath. Hi Kit!!! So happy you are uploading again!!!! I missed your workouts and energy. I started working out with you in January 2020. I came accros your workouts on Popsugar, i felt different after working out with you - energized and anchored. It changed my perspective. Than I started to mix the workouts from other trainers. In November, my boyfriend of 3 years died suddenly of heart attack. ( 36 years old). Every day is full pain and I found myself unable to return to my old workout routine. I started moving my body by walking a lot and doing some 10-15 minutes yoga videos. Unable to focus and distract myself from grief. I was desperately longing to be able to do longer workouts again, to move my body in a way I could distract myself from a pain.This is my first 30 minute workout video after he passed away. It felt good in the midst of grief. Seems not a big deal, but for me it's a huge step. Thank you so much.

I am grateful though that in some small way, through a screen, we can be there for each other. I have dealt with so much grief in my life and exercise has been a love/hate relationship during those periods of immense grief. Thank you for letting me help you.
