A workout immediately after consuming a burrito is ABSOLUTE INSANITY. That made me laugh so hard after a challenging workout. Thank you for all that you do. :)

You seem like such a kind, caring, and delightfully quirky person - it just comes through in these videos. Best of luck with your transition, having done a few of those myself I can relate to the excitement and the challenges as you let a different part of you into the world.

A few takeaways from this workout. (that was amazing). My mom unexpectedly passed away 25 days ago and the pain has been unbearable. That part about not quitting with working out makes me wonder if I've strengthened my muscle to go through this pain right now (been working out consistently for 3 years and have lost 70+ pounds). Working out even after my moms death has kept me focused. Also loved the part at the end about being grateful because it's hard to see that now but yes I'm grateful still for small moments each day. Love that you continue to build that gratefulness over time. Thank you for sharing this with us.
I am so sorry. My heart breaks for you. Thank you for sharing this with me. I lost my father 6 years ago to cancer and what I’ve learned is grief is never linear. There is no one way, or right way, to grieve. My grief revealed itself in surprising and such unexpected ways. Often times in really inopportune times! Lol. Anger was a big side effect for me. Thank you for trusting me with YOU during this time. Thank you for even taking the time to write this. It really shows what kind of person you are that during this period of grief for you, you chose to reach out and extend kindness to me. Your mom raised you well. My heart goes out to you and I send you so much love. Take care of yourself. Continue to have compassion for yourself. Big hug.

Actually, I have lost 20 kgs weight, I was 103 kg and then I came to 83 kg, but my target weight is 53 kg, I am stuck at 83 kg since last 1.5 years, not able to reduce further weight. I really want to lose that extra 30 kgs, that extra fat and get fit, can you please help me with that. Also, I have knee pain, can you come up with some workout plan for knee stregthening and stretching that I can do everyday. Thank you... Sooo much.... I just love your vibe..
This was great Kit, thankyou. I used to cycle to my work but a new job means I drive alot, for long periods ( 500miles per week)..I've found my muscles in my legs , backside and hip flexors suffering for it. What could you recommend?

Psoas releases and stretches! Hamstring stretch and hips stretches. Also being aware of posture while driving
