    Kit, thank you so much for making your videos! I first encountered you through popsugar years ago. I have worked out with about every trainer on youtube (no lie! I hate tor repeat workouts) and I always come back to you! Your style is so refreshing, uplifting, and encouraging! Your mixture of pilates, cardio, and strength is just what I prefer. Thank you for who you are and for taking the time to allow us to workout with you! You are a gem and your style is unlike any others! I hope you know that you are loved!

    Hi kit, sometimes you tell us to write in the comments what we would like to see more. I'd love more 20 minute work outs please. I sometimes don't have time for 35 but I definitely prefer doing 20 minutes than nothing at all. If you could, that would be great, thanks dear❤

    This one was great for me today. Traveling for work, I did not have much time but could easily fit this into my day and do it in my hotel room. Whole body activated!

    Kit dear, it's so refreshing to workout with you. This routine's been great. At the beggining I wasn't sure if 20 minutes will do but as I followed it up along with you, it became pretty enjoyable and it's worth it at the end. Thanks for your beautiful spirit poured into your training. I must say this is the only workout I'm doing at the moment and it feels quite complete.

    Great routine, thank you. Suggetion/request: dedicating some time at the beginning to warm up writs, specially when there are planks and downward dog moves. I know I can always pause video but it cuts the flow of the routine. In my case once my wrists are taken care of I can perform de moves with better form.

    More 20 minute workouts please! I started following your workouts since popsugar and I am always amazed by how creative your moves are and how they hit many muscle groups in one go. Now that I'm in a different life stage, I don't always have the time or energy for 30+ minute workouts 🥲 this really hit the spot
