Hi kit, sometimes you tell us to write in the comments what we would like to see more. I'd love more 20 minute work outs please. I sometimes don't have time for 35 but I definitely prefer doing 20 minutes than nothing at all. If you could, that would be great, thanks dear❤

Kit dear, it's so refreshing to workout with you. This routine's been great. At the beggining I wasn't sure if 20 minutes will do but as I followed it up along with you, it became pretty enjoyable and it's worth it at the end. Thanks for your beautiful spirit poured into your training. I must say this is the only workout I'm doing at the moment and it feels quite complete.

Great routine, thank you. Suggetion/request: dedicating some time at the beginning to warm up writs, specially when there are planks and downward dog moves. I know I can always pause video but it cuts the flow of the routine. In my case once my wrists are taken care of I can perform de moves with better form.
