Great video but I have a question…someone told me that I would need a relay installed instead of the fuseable link. Is this true? The rack I’m installing only has one light bar. It doesn’t have the four separate lights like yours.
Hello could you please get me some measurements of the brackets that bolt on the roof? There was none in my box I’m gonna have to fabricate some but can’t find the dimensions

Does this roof rack give clearance for the shark fin antenna on a 2012 double cab tacoma. Would a kayak be able to go on top without removing the antenna ?
Yes and yes! You should be able to clear the antenna just fine with this and mount up a kayak! -Merideth
Guys... you have do something on the priceing...
I just but the combo/set. Bed, roof & both bumpers. Roof install is Possible individualy. I did. The front deflector is by far the heaviest. I Used a moving blanket, then a cardboard over blanket, roof & windshield - taped to roof. Then carefully installed. It took me Four hours as I took my time. 😁
Noise... it goes up over 35mph... On highway, headwinds... you Will feel it... 😉
Weight, just on roof & bed rack... yeah... I noticed it...😒

Anyone have a video for the roof gasket reinstall? Can't find one.
I was thinking the same, and I believe we need to MacGyver it. I'm going to use cutters since the band has a metal band inside and then spread out small spots of adhesive/reinstall

What wiring harness do you recommend?? The one on your website is for “2 lights”. Do they make one for 4 lights??

??? I have to remove the whether strip or just make a hole where's the braket go ...
Whole weather strip has to be taken out, you have to cut the piece out where the brackets go
Any reason why you guys didn't put the weather stripping back on and just use a punch to get the holes for the metal hardware that attatchs it to the roof? Should I put the weather stripping back on?
Use Dremel to cut out notches to fit. Have one power and ground use t taps to attach each. Run wires between windshield and rubber, not on the outside exposed. Get a piece of door moulding put on front of rack so it don't scratch paint and cause vibration
Het man were you talking abot the roof weather strpping? I got one of these racks and cant find roof rubber reinstallation.

The price went up to $330 but still cheaper than on extreme terrain
What's the sound factor?
How much weight can it handle? Rooftop tent ok at 70 mph?? Thx
This has a 330lb carrying capacity! So, a rooftop tent should remain within that limit depending on what you choose.
will the front wind deflector scratch the paint of the roof?
Absolutely. Get a piece of door mounding and attach. Cuts down wind noise as well

The plastic gutter barrier was not reinstalled? Why not just Drill it out for the Mount bracket? Why didn’t you replace the gutter barrier?
You can do that if you like! Because we reuse this truck for other installs we don't usually drill or make any modifications that could effect other products installs!
those lights were the biggest pain in the ass to install, overall this roof rack is great for the price.
