I think kit fisto could have survived order 66 the attack he sustained doesnt seem like it would be enough to kill him the most he would sustained be a bad scar in the chest i think that any wise jedi would know when their skills arent up to par i think after seeing the two jedi get slaughter i think he chose to take the hit and then fled kit fisto seems like he was extremely good at defensive moves. I think if he survived he could also be reason why mace windu survives
