If Anakin is anti-social then what was Obi-Wan teaching Anakin between TPM and AOTC? The Jedi Temple was shown to have girls/women in its Order, so I can't buy into the argument there were no women around him. Anakin was shown to be quite sociable as a kid in TPM. It was part of his charm, admitted by Lucas as a cheat code to get people to sympathize with Anakin. He was better with the one liners like "space angel" as a kid than he was as a teenager. Evolution designed women to be hypergamous. There is no reason why Senator Padme would have a romantic interest in Anakin. He is younger and has no wealth. Women want providers. And I would expect vile politicians, empowered by their political factions, to look down upon the Jedi for professing material detachment since there wouldn't be any political gain from such a relationship. More importantly the one skill politicians own is the art of bloviating, capturing an audience with 0 calorie word salads. Anakin's dialogue amounted to word vomit. He was a liability to her. I checked out of the movie when he confessed to mass murdering women and children. This is what their love story is supposed to be based on? Why didn't Padme react rationally by jumping on a starship to fly across the galaxy to get away from Anakin Sandkiller? Their love story makes no sense. AOTC is filled with too many actions and baffling contradictions that defy common sense. The movie's only redeeming quality is Ewan McGregor, but "The Men Who Stare At Goats" and "Doctor Sleep" did more to make him a Jedi than all three prequels combined.

I don’t understand. At this time I thought Darth Plaguesis had just become an apprentice of Darth Tenebrous. We definitely know that he and Darth Sidious hadn’t come up with the life creation techniques because it’s like 70-80 years before Palpatine had been born so how could Plaguesis teach them? Plus we also know that Plaguesis’s birth was engineered by Tenebrous and his upbringing seemed quite controlled. The Darth Plagusis novels is very clear on this. So I don’t understand where this fits into the timeline

I dont think Vernestra is going to be the sith lord, I do think she was Qimir's Jedi Master I think that much is apparent with the scars. It is strange for a Jedi to use a whip though, I would think this would be very looked down upon. A whip is designed to inflict pain, and its deceptive, both things that dont really follow Jedi code, you can argue a whip can be used for other things like indiana jones style but not so much with a lightsaber whip :) It is purple though, so we know she at least straddles the dark side at times, perhaps when she fights such as Mace. I think its possible your theory about Qimir being plagues, he did have body transference abilities and that is were palpatine learned it from. In the Dark Empire graphic novel in legends palpatine manages to get into a clone of his, luke confronts him and gets totally dominated and Leia has to come save him. So that idea is possible, it is strange how he says it was a really long time ago. I hope it ends up being Qimir is just a disgruntled dude who doesnt like the Jedi or Sith and wants his own way and path and that includes a disciple and partner. I get the idea Qimir wants something more, and he doesnt care for the Jedi's lack of caring for each other, because of their lack of attachment the Jedi never love or give themselvs to a another person completely. I dont think he likes the sith because they also have little attachment for each other, and the sith relationship always ends the same way. In essence Qimir is more balanced than either the Jedi or the Sith the way he comes across, he certainly has no attachments to his enemy's and wont play by Jedi rules, and is totally fine with letting his emotions give him power in the force, but he also has abit of softness and compassion to him and he was able to heal Mae( a power we have only ever seen from Rey and Kylo so far). He is a very interesting character and the one real brightspot to this crappy show.

Could qimir be the in famous starkiller and to make him cannon he is the first of many alchemist/ micilodirion manipulation to produce force sensitive beings similar to the sisters - by the one the only Darth plaguis - both making plaguis and starkiller or the legend of starkiller ( similar to Anakin but different ) - by the time sidious has Vader under his control as you see in the game he has tons of clones of star killer this would be awesome ! And in my opinion, makes this show OK because it was getting bad. The first few episodes and it got better after five my opinion. I wasn't bothered by the dialog in the same way many others were. But I think it should have still been made more clear. Yet, it doesn't save the movie. I think the plot is a mess and many things that happen don't make any sense. At least the movie doesn't explain them properly. So for me, this is still the worst movie from the prequels even when I like it more than many others do.

As far as i an concerned Star Wars is dead. There has been objectively light sided sith before, but these Sith were rare and against the general ways of the Sith. The Sith were always dark or shades of dark grey, but thats what made them interesting. Not every bad guy needs to be this cliche bullshit of being misunderstood. As Alfred put it best, "Some men just want to watch the world burn". The Sith was always supposed to serve as an analogy that power can lead to temptations, through those temptations they eventually fear losing them, the potential loss turns to anger and anger leads to hate. Hate, leads to the Dark Side. Now it's just a bunch of shit, written by people with zero respect for what's come before.

Yeah it's not George Lucas but he doesn't make the rules anymore so don't see why that matters. For me I really like the show, yeah it far from what we know as lore but I fully believe that the jedi clearly gets too political at this point in time and that's what leads to the sith taking over so having some sith being relatable isn't the worst idea. I always got annoyed the jedi wouldn't allow emotion so having sith claim that they are the good guys because they don't shut down emotion isn't a huge leap for me

I believe the Sith are evil, not for embracing the darkness but using it as a tool to comment mass genocide, enslavement of entire species, and spreading tarror across the galaxy. I also believe the jedi aren't as good as they say, mainly due to letting themselves get too close to politics and allowing their arrogance to get as high as it did. but I'd take them over red sword wealding crazy people any day.

That can not be further from the truth. The entire point of Anakin falling to the dark side is that he sees the jedi as not objectively good. That's enforced by the jedi refusing to believe the sith are back.

I think we are fishing for answers and just coming very short on legends characters being cannon now. Darth Plaegus being in the show is so out there that we would be extremely disappointed if this doesn't happen. If the dark lord of the sith is tenebrus then this would make perfect sense.

The latter of this video has more critical thinking than the first. In the first episode the Jedi already are trying to hide things from the council due to how things would look. Mundi isn’t a master right now and he’s also not on the mission. I even counted how many times the word Sith was used in the show and it’s only been once. Even when Sol has many opportunities in episode 6 to say sith he doesn’t.

If this is the case, then it demonstrates that Disney is a worse writer than I am, and I just do fan fiction. You see: I write *original* stories that at worst hint at things that are established. I don't just up and steal characters from here and there without respect to them. The series concept had a lot of promise and to create something original. Now: that promise has been squandered - the series is really, really bad. The only thing I can say to its credit so far is that it does seem to be original ... for the most part. If Qimir is actually Darth Plagueis ... if Vernestra is Lumiya ... then Disney is just stealing bits and pieces from much better writers then themselves to cobble together something far more amateur than the RP sessions I run. The difference between us: Disney writers get paid to churn out crap, while I try to create and encourage good stories for free.
