    You're so right about #4! I know it may seem like a small thing, but man, the pencil war is not worth it. The children have won - congratulations! Their reward is a lifetime supply of pencils. 😆✏

    For #5, how do you prioritize and grade assignments and plan? If you’re not taking it home?

      I decided what was top priority and got it done during my work hours, but I refused to take work home. I have 1hr 30min planning time during the day (when it wasn’t taken up by meetings) and I worked seriously during that time. I did not want to do any work at home.
