The crowd gathered outside the former headquarters of the Italian Social Movement; a group that later morphed into the Brothers of Italy party, which current premier Meloni has tried to distance herself from amid allegations of fascist links.

For non-Italians who don't know what this video is about: this is the commemoration of the multiple murders of a political nature which took place in Rome on 7 January 1978, by an armed group belonging to the left, in which two young neo-fascists belonging to the Youth Front, Franco Bigonzetti and Francesco Ciavatta, murdered in front of the headquarters of the Italian Social Movement in via Acca Larenzia in Rome
