What a lovely day in Rome. I only got to see Circus Maximus in passing. It is a larger area than I anticipated. I got to see baths but not these. So cool. It's huge and so interesting. The patterned flooring is amazing. Thank you for another fabulous walk.🥰❤️
These vids are very revealing. We are in our 70’s and it is good to see how far some of the walks are going to be and how many opportunities to sit down along the way. Will be there in mid May. What are those strange masks that group were wearing near the circus ?
Geez, so… many… people… that is madness.. Rome is beautiful and I want to go one day but this makes me want to avoid it! I’m sure Rome is like Paris, never a “low” season… great vid tho…

E con curiosità interessanti come il mosaico Romano che rappresenta una natura morta con un ananas frutto sconosciuto in Europa prima della scoperta di Cristoforo Colombo. Cosa che fa sospettare che i Romani antichi abbiano avuto contatti con il continente americano gen prima del 1492. Altra curiosità di Palazzo Massimo è la mummia di bambina di Grottarossa che ha nel corredo funebre una bambolina in avorio. Questi sono solo alcuni dei moltissimi suggerimenti che potri dare.
