I'm curious, were these guys failed traders turned artistes or they legit intended Aba to become Africa's entertainment hub? Also, how come the city is still in this level of disarray despite that early cosmopolitanism? Anybody?

Bad leadership is the reason Aba is still in disarray. Greediness and materialism has overshadowed their sense of reasoning. Despite the popularity of the city, its still like ghetto.
