I'm with you on the whole ugly armored cars being interesting thing. I can't think of a single one that looks "pretty" but yes, armored cars are always cool. I particularly like the way this one's armored bit at the front sticks up a little higher than the deck the turret sits on- it makes it look like it was built from two sets of plans that didn't quite meet there. Still way cool though. Clearly a well planned kit too, from how easily it went together.
The box said "British 7 Ton Armoured Car" and it did not turn out into a BA-64 at the end. Somehow that would be great but in the end you put the thingys wer the thingys have to be. And "thingy" is the technical term for everything. EVERYTHING!
I've had my eye on this kit for a while. I've built the 38T in this series, and it's a good kit. There really should be more kits in 1/48 scale. Thanks for this useful review.
