Hi mate, i have a 2016 1.8l Cruze showing P0700 and P07BF - Placing in drive and reverse is now a clunk, it drives but I think its in one gear only. Your thoughts please on what I should change.

Can you bench the control module itself....I stupidly tried to test solenoids while still attached
What if its testing way higher?
I have a 2011 cruze and it's slaming into 5th gear is the solenoid bad for that gear ?
lesson #1 dont buy a Chevy Cruz period
Don’t bother fixing it, just take it to the tip
