Thank you, glad you included yanking the bulb out, seems simple but other videos didn’t show that and it wasn’t clear if there were tabs in the fixture.
Thank you for this. Have not done much repair on my Jeep but I know the dealership would have charged me a million bucks plus labor 😅 for this !So thanks for this 💰
Thank you for watching our auto repair video that shows you how to replace a burned out taillight bulb on a Jeep Wrangler. Have a great day! #jeepwrangler
But the long screws don’t even fasten to the Jeep. There are no holes for them and they just hold the spacer you were talking about. Just leave them. Two inner screws only.
Yes, This is correct you can leave the two long one and just remove the two short screws to remove the taillight on a Jeep Wrangler JK. Hope this video helped you out.

Did you know the whole light comes off with only taking off the two inside screws. You can leave the other two outside ones in

Does this fix the reverse light as well or do you need a separate bulb for that?
The reverse light would be a separate bulb, however the taillight removal procedure is the same to access it. Hope this helps you out.
Bro I had to break my bulb housing to get the old bulb out.💀It was so stuck in there, new one fit so snug I didn't even need the clip that broke off.
Wonder if the bulb was heating up for some reason which may have may it difficult to remove. Hope the video helped.
You don't have to remove the 2 outer screws to gain access to the brake bulb, otherwise great video 👍
Hey Dan, Yeah you are correct. Forgot to edit that out of the video. Thanks for watching.
@@HomeOwnerRepair I actually had to remove all four to get the housing to come off, so thank you!
What if you changed the bulbs and it still isn’t working
Check the fues, and also the light socket to see if there is power to the socket.
2010 don’t have screws
