    This "menu" strategy reminded me of the paradox of choice, VSauce has a really good video about it th-cam.com/video/lmI7NnMqwLQ/w-d-xo.htmlsi=AagSmbF5PtDg8VuZ
    The menu is not leaving you with just one result though, but at least it takes away the stress of having to separate in your mind what things you can do right now, and even which things makes you feel what, so when you have some free time you don't feel lazy about starting something (and end up doom scrolling through social media), you just look at the notes and pick something you previously thought about!

      Love that you mention how it helps fight doomscrolling, I noticed it in myself big time
