The brain overload for being constantly on a device makes so much sense! I've been trying to reduce my screen time, but it's been kind of hard. Doing other things that don't need you to be (active) on your device of choice helps, but the feelings of missing out, of needing to distract oneself, or loneliness when not connected with others do make it harder. Some good advice I've heard is that addictions aren't "cured", instead you fight to the win every day, and it gets easier every time you do. Treating every part of yourself as one part of you regardless of judgement seems important, as well. Let's stay on it together ❤

Personally, I found myself reading (more) clears my mind very well. Its just "not thinking about something else" while reading naturally eases the feeling of inner struggle. With that being said, I really enjoy these little videos and sometimes share them, so maybe other people can learn a thing or two. The point about acting kind always hits me. I really do feel well, just by making basic things, like saying "thanks" or "please", greet someone well or just sharing a smile or a nod towards someone passing by. Coming from germany, kindness is not a very high valued attitude, but rather being disciplined, straight-forward and task-orientated. Yet I do think, it should not exclusive but just simply sharing a moment of kindness adds to the other values, as someone who feels good, also does the tasks ahead better. Im glad, I found your channel a while ago and I really do love the cartoonish style of it. Thanks for the thought of the day. :)

I did some sort of journaling while in school last year, mentioning small things during periods and doodling and moments like when a music artists album drops or someones birthday that day and splatting my emotion at the time was nice and interesting to look back in my phone and that journal ❤
I myself am a small and struggling writer, because I struggle to find any ideas while in high school, but there are some moments where new ideas and focuses come your way and raise you from your own struggles. The most important thing is that most of the time, is that most people should get the idea that writing down your emotions should help you reflect on not what to do that makes your life worse. I just started to make a daily routine about 2 days ago: After eating breakfast, check emails, Write the alphabet (lowercase & upper), write numbers 1-10, fill the rest of the page with random words starting by writing what's around me or whatever comes to mind and then put down whatever relates to it. After that 15 minutes of typing on a practice website, then practice drawing for 1-2hrs. @@Billionaire_attitude143 Trying to do something totally perfectly can be paralyzing, to the extent that you end up doing a lot less than you wanted (or nothing at all).
The brain overload for being constantly on a device makes so much sense! I've been trying to reduce my screen time, but it's been kind of hard. Doing other things that don't need you to be (active) on your device of choice helps, but the feelings of missing out, of needing to distract oneself, or loneliness when not connected with others do make it harder.
Some good advice I've heard is that addictions aren't "cured", instead you fight to the win every day, and it gets easier every time you do. Treating every part of yourself as one part of you regardless of judgement seems important, as well. Let's stay on it together ❤

It's often about making conscious choices each day and gradually building healthier habits. Remember, progress not perfection, is the goal. ❤
I've been doing a lot of these things recently and I've noticed that I've been way happier and it's effecting me very positvely
Personally, I found myself reading (more) clears my mind very well. Its just "not thinking about something else" while reading naturally eases the feeling of inner struggle.
With that being said, I really enjoy these little videos and sometimes share them, so maybe other people can learn a thing or two.

I really do feel well, just by making basic things, like saying "thanks" or "please", greet someone well or just sharing a smile or a nod towards someone passing by. Coming from germany, kindness is not a very high valued attitude, but rather being disciplined, straight-forward and task-orientated. I did some sort of journaling while in school last year, mentioning small things during periods and doodling and moments like when a music artists album drops or someones birthday that day and splatting my emotion at the time was nice and interesting to look back in my phone and that journal ❤
I myself am a small and struggling writer, because I struggle to find any ideas while in high school, but there are some moments where new ideas and focuses come your way and raise you from your own struggles. The most important thing is that most of the time, is that most people should get the idea that writing down your emotions should help you reflect on not what to do that makes your life worse. Like Yoda says: Do or do not, there is no try.

Yes, everyone thinks screen time is fun especially as a 5th grader but I've managed to set my screen time to weekends by my self and feel a lot better. (Not including my anxiety from school.)
dehydration I never heard about as I take like 3+ Liters a day, it's seen in skin glow as well as opposed to a muted skin glow
I'm spending most of my time in front of screens and I would like to spend less, but as a digital artist I need to use a screen and my social life is essentially on Instagram. During the Sunday I'm able to do some detach from screens but during the week I don't how to cut it shorter

I just started to make a daily routine about 2 days ago: After eating breakfast, check emails, Write the alphabet (lowercase & upper), write numbers 1-10, fill the rest of the page with random words starting by writing what's around me or whatever comes to mind and then put down whatever relates to it. After that 15 minutes of typing on a practice website, then practice drawing for 1-2hrs.
I'm working on my sleep schedule and hoping to get it done by next week 🥲
