When we are grinding it,a will going to add water to it Because the one I did now not ok at all is watering and I missed missed is not good at all Please help me out
I'm so sorry about your experience. The water should be added like 1tablespoon at a time while mixing, though it is going to take a bit of time, but it will gradually result in oily paste. See the first stage here- th-cam.com/video/B3Y9bo7DZ_4/w-d-xo.html
Please help me again oo I trying to do it again oo When I grind my groundnut on grinding stone and roasted it and the oil didn't come out and I try to fried it with another oil everything done destroy and scatter inside the oil Please help me out oo What can I do to get it
Sure you can, but first of all leave the peanut butter to rest for sometime for the oil to move to the surface , then you drain it out; otherwise it will be too greesy to touch.
1:34 That is not a spatula. That is the pusher you use to push things down into your blender. It comes with a blender. A spatula is a flat blade you use when you’re frosting a cake. A scraper is a stick with a piece of rubber on the end shaped to easily scrape batter out of a bowl.
You can add about 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil to blend the groundnuts, this is to aid the spinning of the blender blades, but I didn't add because my blender is very powerful.
You don't add water while using it to extract oil. You can only use it to make soup once you have added water to it. Sometimes, depending on the amount of water, you can fry more groundnuts and grind without adding water and then mix it with the one having the water. But this only works if the amount of water is not too much.
You didn't remove all the oil from the peanut pasta before moulding it into kuli kuli. The oil needs to be extracted first completely before frying the kulikuli otherwise it will crumble. Also, be mindful of the amount of water used in mixing the paste; 1 to 2 tablespoons at time is recommended.
Yes you can but leave the peanut butter to sit for days and let the oil come to the top and then drain it out. This will allow the paste to be moulded into desired shape
I followed this method but I was unable to extract the oil from my ground nut....I missed and missed....the oil didn't come oil after adding a spoonful of water at a time...after all the trying I was able to extract little and unfortunately the kulikuli scattered wen I was frying
Thanks for this Video. But I have a question. After mixing with seasoning for taste. And mounding to your desired shape, can it be sun dried instead of frying?
Even though I have not tried that before, it may not taste good, it may form mould if not properly dried. Frying it allows the remaining oil to be expelled out from the paste, leaving you with a hard kind of cake. You can try using the oven though if you are skeptical about frying your Kuli Kuli in oil.
hello good morning sir/ma but I try this method of making kulikuli it does not form the I Grand is still in my fridge please can you explain to me how to make it
Not sure if you guys cares but if you are stoned like me during the covid times you can watch all the latest movies on instaflixxer. I've been streaming with my brother for the last weeks xD
So sorry about that, I guessed you added too much water. You don't add large quantity of water at once. The best thing to do, though slow but sure is to use a tablespoon to add the water. So add 1 tablespoon and then mix and knead, if no oil, add another 1 tablespoon again. Continue like that until the oil starts to be expelled from the peanut butter, this usually happens when you begin to see the color changes and becomes dark brown.

This is amazing 👏. Thanks for this video. Just one question - Can you bake instead of frying? Will baking ruin the outcome?
No, baking will not ruin the outcome but will rather consume more gas or electricity instead of simply frying.
