Normally, deep-frying stuff always tastes delicious but if we're to eat healthily then we should go for the air-fried one which also tastes nice but not better than the deep-fried fried.
Wow! You gave very good detail on the step to follow. I've tried making it before now but wasn't able to get the oil out. I will definitely give it a go again with your recipe .
Yes, you can use mortar and pestle to mix just that it will take you a longer time. The original way to make Kuli kuli is using a basin and a wooden spoon or mortar and pestle.
Thank you Ma. I tried it. I don't have a food processor to mix. I am using my hand. How do I know if the water added is too much? I am still mixing but no oil yet.
How do I fry kulikuli without been melt in the frying pan fire? I have remove the oil after grinding it , when I put in the frying pan it melt in the pan
If it's melted when you fry it then it means that you did not get the mixture well. You need to add water and sugar to the ground groundnut paste and continue mixing it until it forms like a dough that is when you will be able to remove most of the oil. When you touch it after mixing it, it should have a dough feels.
Yes, it depends on how you did it. You need to put sugar then add water bit by bit. The water helps it to bind together. Once it binds together the oil will start coming. It can take you up to 20mins before you start seeing oil

@@nasacyntfoodhub Thank you ma'am
How do I get this machine? Is it the normal blenber?
Look for any type of food processor in the market. This particular one came with a 3 in 1 blender.
Wow! Thus Kuli Kuli came out perfect. Is been long i tasted this 😂🤣🤣🤩thanks for sharing sis
Please tell the ingredients you add to it
Is in the description box
What type of pepe do you use is it fresh pepe or dry onr
Dried pepper
Thank you Ma. I tried it. I don't have a food processor to mix. I am using my hand. How do I know if the water added is too much? I am still mixing but no oil yet.
When you start mixing it, you need to get a strong paste consistency. Add water little sugar. The water will help to bring out the oil
Using hand to mix it will take a long time. But it's achievable. Make sure that the oil comes out before you mould it. Good luck
It doesn't need much water. The water only helps to combine it together and make it form a dough.
Thank you Madam. If you don't mind, I have more questions. Can I chat with you privately?
Pls I need suya recipe
Can I add flour to this ????
No, don’t add flour to it please. It only need peanut/ groundnut and the spices, sugar and little water
How can someone get the mixer
It depends on your location, you get Ninja mixer on Amazon, argos or from Ninja site. Though you use any cake mixer part from the hand mixer.
Good job! Im gonna try this. Can i make it without the sugar?
Can i also use bought groundnut ? Thanks
Yes, you can make it without sugar
Can I use commercials gander
If you use a commercial grinder you will still have to mix it with a wooding spoon until the oil starts coming out
How do I fry kulikuli without been melt in the frying pan fire? I have remove the oil after grinding it , when I put in the frying pan it melt in the pan
If it's melted when you fry it then it means that you did not get the mixture well. You need to add water and sugar to the ground groundnut paste and continue mixing it until it forms like a dough that is when you will be able to remove most of the oil. When you touch it after mixing it, it should have a dough feels.
If it's like dough it can never melt or scatter inside hot oil
❤️❤️❤️

The kuli kuli came out looking amazing. I love the air fried one.
I love it too and it came out very crunchy
Please what’s the name of your food processor?
Ninja multipurpose food processor
I tried this sometime ago but I didn’t get the oil come out like that. Any reason??
Yes, it depends on how you did it. You need to put sugar then add water bit by bit. The water helps it to bind together. Once it binds together the oil will start coming. It can take you up to 20mins before you start seeing oil
