- The women in the north are mostly housewives and here we find the very few who decide they want to make something for themselves. They came together and they are able to make money from the production of groundnut oil and the sale of its by product called Kulikuli. This community has been showing us its strength that people are not giving up but digging in to bring out the best.
I hope you find the vlog exciting and give it a Like.

I did not realise that this was the process to make Kuli Kuli. I like their drive I only wish they wore gloves and face masks. But kudos to them
That would make it more sanitary.
Food is better process with hand than gloves. There will be to synthetic materials released into. Africans trying to copy everything foreign while foreign countries wish they can live our organic lives. Gloves prevent not instead cause harm by releasing chemicals into food.
I am so proud of the women and wish they had machines to aid the oil extraction process. It would go a long way to aid their productivity. Thanks for taking us along @Bigwillz 😊
You are right, it will help greatly.
@@EsoheA. How do l get thier contact pls
very labor intense, yet very organic....nice one bro
Thank you 🙏
There is just something cool about this video, by the way, I love cooking with groundnut oil, the flavour is amazing❤❤❤
Thank you dear 👍
Here in kano, we use engines for processing all this, less manual method we apply, inform her about the machines,it will ease the work for her
Thanks for the info. I will be coming to Kano in a month or thereabout. I will like to make videos about how these things are made there too.
Ok
How can I get the machine pls
😅 Bigwillz you misunderstand the process,it's kuli kuli they are processing not oil. They have to get the oil out of the peanut before they can dry it.That is how kuli kuli is preserved for a long time without going bad. kuli kuli is always grounded and used for suya pepper as well..Thanks.
Groundnut oil is also made in the process I believe.
Can I have their phone contact for enquiries to order?
This is so interesting! These women are using energy here. I give them kudos. I wish government will come to their aid and make things easier for them.
@@fummyajayi2412 I wish so too. But we know they won't.
Thank you for watching and commenting. Appreciate
Wow, that looks like a lot of hard work. I wonder if they would ever consider getting a few simple machines to do some of the hardest work or would that be impractical given the local conditions? I enjoyed the video, Bigwillz.
@takkmoran9770, if they have some machines like you said, it will help them alot.
Thank you 🙏
This is hard work but still better than being ideal👏👏👏
True.
My love for kuli kuli probably stems from my grandmother, who I grew up seeing make it ❤ Thank you for shining light on these women and their hardwork
It was a pleasure making this video.
I want to go in this mechanical way
There's are machines in the market that they can be using to squeezed oils out in less than 30 minutes
💯👍
Very physical activity, strenuous. ❤
I hope they are able to get modern machines to make life easier for them.
This Is Organic Ground Nut Oil. I Missed Elmata Salamatu From Posikum, This Lady Thought Me How To Make Authentic Organic Oil In Borno State. Please Send Us Miageda.
Would love to meet this wonderful woman.
🙏🙏
Kudos my brother. What pained me most is the woman contact that you don't have or better still you can get it from the guy that interpreted their language. Thanks in anticipation
KuliKuli Tápà!!!!..... The oil is the byproduct thiugh. The Kulikuli is the end product.
Tápà Tápà, eji nana babo!!!
💯👍
I subscribed because I see that you are a responsible husband, keep loving your wife
@@deborahalbert2474 thank you 🙏
@Bigwillz Can you add the contact for the groundnut oil manufacturers please?
I honestly don't have her number
They can simply use machine to reduce the work stress and for mass product. From the grinding to the extraction could simply be done with machines and it will save a lot of time too and hygiene is key those rusted pans they are using can be very harmful to humans health
@@Misscode430 💯👍
This is too stressful. Did they know that there’re a lot of not too expensive machine that will extract the oil in a minute?
@@dr.ramatlewis3540 We've told them so. We hope the next time we visit they would have upgraded. Thank you for your contribution. 🙏 🙏
Power to the women but i wish they 've industrial pressing machine that 'll make it easier for them and the 'll get more oil when its press with a machine. May God bless the works of their hands ❤❤❤❤❤
Great point! I agree. That will help them process faster and get more oil.
Great work, Much needed channel, I would say this though,,,, There are a lot of wealthy Nigerians who can partner with these amazing ladies into automatise the processing of groundnut oil, Coconut oil ground nut oil palm oil and avocado oil are the types of oil which Africans wealthy business individuals should have focused on, I mean by pitch battle advertisement around Africa, Yes mainly in Africa, There is huge market in Africa liquidity barrier is one thing which will in time be scaled down and ultimately cascade into single African currency,
💯👍
God bless them, this is great job, but they need to apply modern technology to reduce stress and they can get increase in production.
💯👍
What do they do with the peanut shell? Do they use it for compost for the farms?
Kudos to their self-help ethic, though I do feel the governor could have done more to empower them.
They get the groundnut without the shell. I guess they either use them to feed livestock or use them in the farm.
They buy groundnut without shell, then dry it after drying it then they will put it frying pan without anything and let it fry little, then they will remove it after some few minutes they will now take it to where to ground after grounding they will start pressing it and bringing oil from it
@@storyline6816 Thank you for your explanation.

Thanks for this, please can you help with the contact of the producer, I will like to get in bulk from them for sale. Thanks
Is there no machines that can help in this production .It does not need to be anything complicated, but I am sure they can come up with a simple hand operated device that will at least reduce some on this back breaking labor ! Also increase productivity !
You are right, some sort of simple machine can help the production a great deal
We have machines here we use, we work with
Well done 👏 pls where excactly are they located in Bida

Bravo, BigWillz!
Our Nigerian women are so industrious 👏🏽👏🏽...
However, adding sugar and salt are detrimental to the health of the consumers.
Ask Americans the health consequences of adding sugar and salt to foods..😢
Thank you 🙏.
I understand what you mean.
If they are making millions, why don't they fix the place to develop it and make it look better ?
Good question. By the way they've moved from here to a properly built facility.
