Thank you so much for the explanatory video, this was helpful. I'm watching From Enugu. Please, if I added the ingredients before extracting the oil and using the oil extracted to fry the kulikuli, does it make the oil unhealthy?, because of the sugar added to the Kuli Kuli.
Thanks for watching, adding ingredients before extraction does not affect the quality of the oil, it will make the color of the oil a little bit brownies
This depends on the stage, after blending your groundnut into a paste(peanut butter) it can stay at home for more than a year provided there is no water content in it, but once you added water to it will spoil, if any case you are unable to finish it that day after adding water, make sure you put in a cooking and warm it on low it, stir continuously to avoid get burned beneath, make sure you finish the next day or it will spoil.
What if you mistakingly add excess water what's the remedy for it? Please I'm doing it now but the water I added I think it's too much cause the groundnut isn't strong like this but very watery instead..
Thanks for watching, but l don't know how watery it is, l advice that you transfer it to your pot, cook on a very low heat and stir continuously until the excess water dries from it, then continue the process of extracting the oil from the peanut, l hope you find this helpful, for more information about what quantity of water to be added to what quantity of peanut butter, you can refer to this video, th-cam.com/video/gJtXWb1Qw4c/w-d-xo.html Thanks
Thanks so much for sharing God bless you abundantly in Jesus name Please you didn't list the receipe for the one you did so thst one can know how to make calculations
There are 3 things that would make your kuli kuli scatter while frying, 1.You still have too much oil in the paste before molding, 2. You added too much water while extracting the oil, and 3 Your kuli kuli is not firm enough when molding, and also ensure to fry your kuli on a very low heat.
No, you don't add flour, just put in a cooking pot and cook on a very low heat to dry excess water, make sure to stir it without stopping with turning stick to ensure it doesn't get burnt beneath.
