I like that they revisited the soul shards seasonal this early, it's the only season mechanic I missed, due to being hospitalized and recuperating for most of its original season.
Ethereals were my personal favorite but I loved Soul Shards as well. One season they should just go all out and include both at the same time ... That would be stupid but fun.
Thanks for the explanation, looking forward to it! The soul shard season was basically the only season I skipped since the RoRG season got me back into the game. I only got to p800 or so during the ethereal season so kind of skipped that one but didn't do anything in the soul shard season.
Diablo 3 should just take the top 5 season themes, make servers for them, and u can make characters for each one. that way anyone can play what they want with who they want and they can switch it up every now and then. Then we would have lots of longevity
Considering that visions will be in season 30, wouldnt visions be a more efficient way of farming for primals since you get so many drops from all the elites and bosses rather than doing gr's for primals?
If you're specifically farming primals, sure. But you'd be giving up xp gains which is a a pretty massive tradeoff since there's no paragon cap this time. The best route will likely be to do visions early to get your build going then transition into GRs. With all the power creep, speed running higher GRs will be easy with a lot of builds.
in Party of 4 players, for both CRUSADER to benefit from 50% poison damage from ANGUISH GEM (1 crus have ANGUISH and secon have R. Of PAIN gem), the Crusader who uses REMNANT OF PAIN must also have poison damage on the weapon?
The only season I ever played was Ethereals. I wish they would just let all of the seasonal mechanics live on standard and allow you to pick which ones are active. Then I would probably play D3 again. I just hate seasonal games. I hate being forced to start over from nothing just to avoid FOMO.
It would be awesome if blizzard just made every season/feature a toggle switch or as we used to say way back when: a cheat. If you want to play no mods fine, if you want to go full mods fine, if you want to mix n match to create fun new challenges even better.
In season 25, people were clearing 150 with Inna's at like paragon 1000 or something ridiculous like that. Now with the Alter AND Soul Shards combined, even with the nerfs to everything, what's the earliest expected clear?
Hey wudi, not sure if this read differently on PTR, but in the patch notes the Blade of Prophecy reads like: Condemned enemies also trigger Condemn's explosion and the damage of Condemn is increased by 600-800%. Which is exactly as it is on live right now (afaik). Do you know if this is intended as a buff or nerf? As a crusader main I'm confused.
This may be a dumb question to ask; i never played seasonal before, my question is; do the soul shards roll over after a character becomes eternal or is it just for the season?
If Soul Shards rolled over to eternal realm, people would be farming the shit out of them to deck their non-seasonal characters with them. It would be so nuts. Tal Rasha meteor and Raekor's boulder toss builds got nerfed so hard in S30, but they are still S-tier purely because of Soul Shards.
This is going to be an interesting season. Every class will have to run a 150 just to get on the LB's. One change I would like is with the VoE. When you complete one, be able to go back to where you originally entered it. Sometimes you need to kill, say Adria, and I open it 3/4 of the way to her. Frustrating
players have been asking for that since day one but Blizz have yet to respond in any meaningful way. I have found that every time I do a Bounty to kill a Boss I always get at least one or two and I always pray it is a short one so I can run back in time before it closes, or I have to just not kill the goblin at the end. One good thing now however is that with the Altar coming back we will be able to do them much quicker because our pets will pick up everything for us.
"updated" more like changed the gems on the gear and thats it. Couldn't be bothered checking already existing text, like how it says some wizard builds are "❌ Vulnerable to Crowd Control". The alter makes you immune to CC. Maxroll really went to shit when they wanted to corner the market.
Disagreed. Raiment of Pain is super underrated and can actually replace CC and even use BP instead of usual. Stain of Sin is better in groups. Dregs is great for more than 20% of builds. Diablo helm for pushing, Shard of Hatred for speeds but also some pushing. Lots of variety here. Not to mention the stat gains. Sanctified for my class at least only used 1 (magic missles) for one set and didn't offer any stats whatsoever so pretty boring in fact I'll likely skip that season when it comes around.
Remnant of Pain is used WAY more than the Essence of Anguish. Guaranteed Crits on CC'd enemies versus a 50% additive damage boost? No contest. Not to mention with the changes that many builds have received over the 5 seasons since S25, this will shake things up a fair bit.
I do agree with you in a sense it's just straight up power after a small amount of upgrading to get a decent one. Sactified items is nice for a lot of builds but it does also does legit nothing for quite a few builds. That said it's not the only theme it's 1 of 3 and its the most complex to anyone new to it so the video is understandable.
@@IamMonikaDLC Yeah, but it the end it's just a bunch of stats and damage multiplier, it doesn't create builds like Sanctified Fist of the Heavens or Sanctified Strafe did
URGENT!!!! Guys, I just wanted you to know that Jesus is coming soon for those who sincerely believe in Him and will bring them to safety in heaven. Jesus is the son of God, our Lord and Savior. He chose to suffer and die on the cross, saving us from our sins and eternal death. Believe in Jesus with a genuine heart and receive eternal life from God before its too late. Time is running out. The world is falling apart, and seven year tribulation (judgement of God) is about to begin. Please dont get left behind. JESUS LOVES YOU SO MUCH!
@@VergilTheStorm513 Hello! I doubt it, Bro. Because if you truly know satan [the devil or demon], you will run as far as possible. Satan is so evil that God says we should truly believe in Jesus not just to be saved, but also to fight satan and his demons through faith. And the good news is that God still loves those who worship satan, but He has rules in salvation. A simple genuine faith in Jesus is all God requires.

I only jumped into D3 at season 28 - I’m excited for all these recycled seasonal mechanics
Please dont stop doing D3!

SSF for life
Question: Would “Stain of Sin” Soul Shard counter Juggernaut or Shielding Bosses when you upgrade to Negate Boss Affixes?
Man I can't wait for tomorrow. See you guys on the LB!
I suspect they went with soul shards for this season because the Darkening of Tristram is coming and that was the best place to farm soul shards.
Love me some d3

D3 yet again showing d4 how it's done!
How can I upgrade the soul shards? I have a Soul Shard and 1x Hellforge Ember. Do I have to go to the cube, blacksmith or where do I do that?

can you please tell us where and how to farm soul shar details please
Oh my god, I completely forgot they count as lvl 125 gem on lvl 3, I already salvaged like 10 of them which failed lvl 3 roll.

just got the shard of anquish from darkening of Tristram butcher. not sure what to with it tbh but this helps.

So there is no altar for the non-seasonal. Blizz never disappoints by disappointing us

The altar beside the qol is havely nerfed.

It's a buff. The damage is the same but condemn now casts an additional time on another enemy. You'll only notice the buff on bigger packs
etherial+ soulshards would be nice

Every seasonal-exclusive gimmick disappears after season end.

Im gonna for sure play your old innas monk build with the big stick :) Did like 129 speeds back then. Should be even better now because of the altar.

how should i progress my altar correctly?=
There is a guide that Rhykker put out for season 28. That’s the one that I followed.
He referred to maxroll more than once in the video. You can find literally everything you need there :)

Does this pet gem makes Innas viaiabel again
Guys the altar of rites is avaliable in normal right l? Wheres thar altar y cant find
30 season in and still not a single new achievement (1000G)
ok,ok I see you

i lost my virginity in d3 season 25... meaning i did 150 first solo

this season has been rubbish no wings or pets as a reward
your accent makes it very hard to understand everything you say...
It's not that fun tbh, 80% of the builds use the poison one and the cdr one to get a massive boost in damage. Sanctified items offered more variety
the poison one is super annoying too since you end up rerolling weapons constantly to get poison as your dmg type.
