The best thing about cleaning up the grass around the house is that it makes it look lived in and actually helps to stop any vandalism or squatters. Nice job, SB
This guy needs to receive a good citizen award and the city should pay him for doing a good deed like this. This young man reminds me of the way friends and neighbors used to be.

Yes, its the same as people that park over the footpaths and you have to go out on the road to get around and around parked cars. Not like I can do this quickly in a wheelchair and its dangerous.
apiet156 So very kind of you to help this young man out.unfortunately I am an 82 years old English women with very few funds so I can not contribute. Well done SB mowing your parents should be very proud of you …BEST WISHES TO ALL.
I so admire your strength when using the shovel. I’m 76 and can’t do that anymore but I still work in my yard daily. God bless all you young guys that do this work for people. I wish you the very best. 😉🙏🙏👍
At 76 years old, you shouldn’t have to do any chores around the house or yard anymore if they don’t bring you joy! You have put in your years & if you were my parent, it would all be done for you because after 76 years old, it’d be the very least a child or even grandchild could do for their parent/parents. *God Bless & I hope your getting to enjoy every day of your well deserved peace & happiness!!* ♥️🙏🏽♥️
Your just having a day. Forgot your gloves and paid $300 to get your keys while doing the job free. For what its worth you've earned my sub. In my unprofessional opinion doing whats in our capabilities within our communities is the best way to make a real impact towards the future. Accumulation of these small favors over the years can change the world. Hats off to you sir!
People have LONG forgotten what it means to be a good neighbor. People smack their jaws Christian this and Jesus that ALL the time, butTHUS is what the Lord is asking of us to help our neighbors! Yet people constantly "look the other way". 🤷🤦 Geeezzzz
@@Og-JudyI'm not in the least bit religious but I agree with you. People seem to care more about TV personalities & their lives rather than their own neighbors. Many don't even know their neighbors' names no less if they're dead or alive or in need of a friend or assistance. It's a pretty dismal world nowadays.. Where those who truly care are looked at as strange or nosey and those who are cold, cruel or turn a blind eye are sadly accepted as typical and the new 'norm.' 🕊
$300?!? Yeah, that man noticed all of your expensive lawn and film equipment and took you for a ride. You do such a great service for others through hard work and I truly enjoy your content. It's a true shame you got taken advantage of like that.
Hmmm my aunt called one at the Tom thumb parking lot, she drives a 2011 Ford Edge and got charged $200-250. He did probably add few more, I think they let you know in advance though.
I can't donate as much as some of the others but thank you for what you. My son, who's on the spectrum LOVES watching your shorts and the pressure washing videos
I love it that the officer watched the channel! Keeping up a lawn and landscaping goes a long way towards keeping down crime. Several of us did it for elderly and vacant houses in our neighborhood growing up. We were rewarded with drinks, sandwiches, baked goods, and sometimes gas money from neighbors. Personally I think our parents were just pleased we were staying out of trouble!
So does eliminating gang graffiti. In NYC years ago they discovered that when their graffiti is removed, they’ve got more problems declaring their territories. Unfortunately, it doesn’t discourage bored teenaged punks who are just vandalizing because their parents didn’t teach them right and can’t seem to control their own kids.
Law enforcement put a lot of time and effort into their work, and the good ones get painted with the same brush as the few notable bad examples; so, when they happen upon citizens who are going out of their way to help their community, they hold deep respect!!
$ 300 definitely highway robbery 😮😳 did he know you doing the neighborly and heroic work may god reward and grant you favors for your work , kindness and selfish actions ❤🙏🏼
As a 34 yr Veteran Police Officer major west coast Calif I too am proud of this honorable kind man. Look how many followers he has. Most I’ve ever seen….
32 years Baltimore PD! Retired long ago! Does my heart good to see young officers getting out of the cars and engaging people in a positive way! When I first came out I walked an actual “BEAT” (patrolled on foot in intense high crime areas) didn’t like that he was so shaken, it’s natural to be a bit nervous, but I guess that’s this world today! Great Job!
@@dirtydingus5465 everyone in my Force (Devon and Cornwall) South West England ALL did their first 2 years on the the beat. This made everyone aware of the personal skills needed. Now, accelerated promotion, direct entry to detective is destroying this basis, sadly
What an amazing transformation. As a 74 year old woman who does my own yard work, what this young man did was a great deal of hard work . Kudos to that young man.
No ma’am. Kudos to you for still getting outside to do your own yard. Do you realize how much hard work that entails.? @sbmowing is awesome, but so are you!
I’m only 13 mins in to this and I think the neighbors should be offering this hard working man not only water but lunch. He’s already made the neighborhood a lot better in 4 hours.
If I was a neighbor I would get a couple of the other neighbors to take turns with me cutting the grass. Or I would just do it myself rather than live next to that rat’s nest! I would think the city would cut the grass and then charge the owner!
As my neighbors aged I took on their yard work to help them out. This type of work is highly rewarding because one makes a visible difference, and a better view for everyone who drives by. It raises the energy of the neighborhood and inspires others to pitch in and help out.
The biggest thing is the inspiration to lend a hand, I use to do this for a retired vet that had no feeling in his feet and legs but still managed to get around the house and do things for himself, would refuse help in housework (which did not need the help as he was capable still the thought of offering) loved this man to the ends of the earth, biggest heart in anyone ive ever seen
I wholeheartedly Agree with You. It does Make a huge Difference and it improves everyone's life. Plus, I went to an underdeveloped country last year and I couldn't Help but Notice that their properties looked Run Down; but I came to the Conclusion that they rather live in filth; trash all over than Pick it Up and put it in the Garbage Truck on the few days it gets to their Neighborhood, plus they rather be Sitting ALL Day Chatting and listening to Loud Music rather than helping their neighbors; and they don't mind living in those Conditions; couldn't help notice the difference, but a lot of times is Not just about One Country being more Wealthy than the other; it's more of a mentality; People Not Doing Anything to IMPROVE the CONDITION in which they LIVE; they Were Supposedly "Poor" but everyone there Carried an Expensive iPhone; that most people in the USA don't have Simply because we rather Pay Our Bills and Solve our problems than to Show off our iPhone to other people; We basically live within our means; Plus there are tons of Community Programs in the USA to help people in Need; like Community Food Banks and Clothing Donations. It's Not what your country Can Do for You; it's what You can do for your country. Basically.
We never know what the situation is for the neighbors. Perhaps, their own lives are on the line. And yes, thank heavens for this energetic young man to offer his services!
Probably that locksmith knows you are vlogger for you tube and he watch you. So he said to him self this guy makes good money as vlogger. But that's okay 👌,lesson learned. Or be a member of triple A.😂😅😊🎉
That interaction with the cop was super wholesome, dude just wanted to say hi, he was really friendly and a fan of the content, I love it when stuff like that happens!
What! $300 to unlock your truck! That is highway robbery! What is the name of that lock smith, I want to write him a letter! Don’t worry, I’ll be nice but I want him to know you were cleaning up that yard for free by the goodness of your heart! You are a good man! Thankyou for what you’re doing. The world needs more people like you, your a great roll model! Blessings on you!
Yeah, looking just now, you can get a locksmith to come unlock your car for about $65 in SF, a city notorious for things costing way more than they should. $300 is utter nonsense and, honestly, Spencer should consider looking into the place to determine if that is the actual cost or if someone decided to have a little side hustle of marking up a simple door unlock by about 500% so they can pocket the difference.
I watched your video this afternoon for the first time and just couldn't stop. It's so funny when you scrape the sidewalk and speed up the video! This is a wonderful service you are providing. God bless you.
You got credit from Law Enforcement because you deserve to be recognized for the community service you do. Doing the labor intensive work of yard survive and being sponsored on TH-cam is admirable. I hope you can continue doing it for as long as you want to.
I watch several of these guys that do this. I wonder when law enforcement shows up if anyone gets in trouble. They definitely are doing a service for the neighbors by cleaning the yards. Some of these elderly or informed residents consider this a blessing. However, I wonder on property where no one (lives like this one) if they are taking a risk. Technically it is trespassing.
@@marsdenit2845you've been misinformed. You're clearly generalizing here but there are a LOT of laws on the books that allow people to do lawn work and board up homes when they're vacant. Obviously you need to research which laws apply to your location but as I already said, MANY places have laws that allow this. In fact, there's even a new program called "Mow to Own" in Akron, Ohio that even incentivizes neighbors to take care of the property to own it for cheap. Related, the state of IL has a whole law section under (310 ILCS 50/) Abandoned Housing Rehabilitation Act that allow a non-profit to come in and completely take over abandoned properties for use as low-income housing.
What about the Fathers input, I'm a single Dad, Mum hasn't met more than half our 13 Grandchildren, Women are not Natural Mothers, I have been both, for my 3 children, 13 Grand-children, and 5 and growing Great=Grand-children
It’s a treat watching you convert these crazy ignored projects. I’m retired and living in a Apt. I really miss my 2 acre’s back home south of Seattle. I typically mowed Saturday, and I was rewarded on Sunday AM with the sweet smell of a beautiful manicured . Yard. Bless your work.
That officer should of put your name in with the city or mayor, to be recognized for all the work you do to beautify the community. It is people like you that are motivational, and could kick start efforts of others to take more pride in their community.
My son is very much into flowers, and he bought all kinds of plants for the exterior of his lodge in boarding school. Other units started to do more, turning it into a competition. It was great to see them taking pride in their living space.
Ima let u know he’s not doing it for free he makes a lot on videos so he doesn’t have to charge. It’s cool of him to do tho but its not worth being recognized to the city unless he was unknown , I.e if he didn’t make videos then yeah kickstart would be a cool idea
That guy who charged you 300 dollars for 10 min of work should be ashamed of himself, and I hope he sees what a schmuck everyone thinks he is! Anyway, thanks for YOUR integrity - how refreshing!!
Another stellar transition. Rough day Spencer…. Police, locked keys in, no gloves, hidden patio….. yet you still crushed it and again helped beautify the community. Applause Applause 🎉 @sbmowing
It warms my heart to see a cop thrilled to see another person serveing their community. Not a "What's the REAL reason you're here, just a "Good work, keep being awesome." We need more LEO'a like him! And of course more folks who care like you as well. You two Gents have a grand day, please.
That makes me happy too. Having dealt with city officials it’s usually involving a fine, or stop work so you can go pay for a 200$ permit over simple work. I wish there were more like him.
@@madjackgamingandfitness498 Yup! More folks with pur views need to run for city positions. We can effect cultural change in office if we step into them. So please consider it.
It was only because he was a fan of the channel. The policing profession has become an enforcement arm for our tyrannical government, and those that run for office to try to change the system, end up selling out themselves, or getting pushed out for not doing so.
Not to mention the elephant in the room. I've sure we've all seen cops doing what they do on a regular basis. And THIS is not it.@@MatrixTransparency698
I’m a locksmith and do houses, auto, safes, ignitions, campers, basically anything that has a lock or a key cylinder and the only time I charge in the $300 range is when I have to a mortgage foreclosure eviction and the bank needs me to change all the locks on the entire house. Depending on mileage, your cost will never be over $100 for me to unlock your car
You’ve made some neighbors very happy. What a kind person. I’ve done the same in my neighborhood when I’ve seen elderly owners unable to keep up on yard work.
That's very nice for you to do that and I'm sure anyone you help is more appreciative than you know. This past summer we went almost the whole summer without being able to mow. My husband had been hospitalized and other stuff happened. We tried to pay two different mowing people to do it but by that time it needed to be bushhogged and they said they were too busy. Thankfully, my husband got better and was able to finally get it done. It was stressful. 😢
I had a foreclosed house like this in my hood, used to mow it every two weeks, not a very big yard. If neighborhood peeps would step up too, our world would be a bit nicer. Also my grandson and I like to take walks and pick up trash in our hood. This gentleman is awesome!
I was feeling pretty discouraged about my own yard since my spouse was ill and then died, but I’ve been trying to work hard and methodically to at least keep it from getting worse. But thanks to you and your videos ( and some help from my kids), I’ve bought myself some power tools and have tackled some of the harder jobs! We’re back on the path to a decent yard! (I’m sure the neighbors appreciate it too.)
Knowing u have been sick and your spouse is gone. 😢...... i wish we lived in a world where those neighbors would have helped you with your lawn!!!! Im glad to know ur getting better.
@@Elizabeth912-v6oPeople dont help for free. TH-camrs may film themselves doing nice things because they make quite a bit of money from views. If you are close to your neighbors its possible they may occasionally help. In extreme cases like this video, the TH-camr has a "story" than will get plenty of views. So he isnt working for free. He makes more than actual hired workers make
I'm so sorry for your loss. My Mom passed last year, and my 94 year old Dad is unable to do anything. It is OUR responsibility to take care of all our own family, however we can, one tiny step at a time, as we also have our own farms and homes to do.
I have to pay to have my lawn done and I'm on a fixed income. No neighbors have ever offered to help (unless they get paid). People today don't interact with their neighbors especially the elderly.
American here retired and living in Thailand. I moved into an apartment complex here in Thailand, and the weeds were like over my head with lots of bush trees. . My first thought was I'd like to clean this place up. I've lived here approximately 1 year and have never seen a push mower being used, only an occasional weed eater. However they do sell push mowers. Have never saw a riding lawn mower in this country period. I purchased a battery powered push mower with my own money and I cleaned this place up. They did furnish me a weed eater and I cut bush trees and roots for weeks. Now I keep the place mowed for free, just enjoy doing it.
America is still like this in lots of places. I see people helping others daily. We aren’t as bad as some, in the news, portray us. This young man is an outstanding example.
This guy has a big heart and I tremendously admire his dedication to the good of humanity! Also, he spent $300 to unlock his truck ! I am emotionally impacted with his good natured character! I am positively sure that he has a good upbringing!!!
There is something mesmerizing about watching the overgrown yard get transformed into very presentable property. Thank you for helping out in your community. It is much better because of your efforts. Cheers from a Florida fan!
You’re a saint! ❤ reminds me of Saint Jude the patron miracles and lost causes. He represented hope to the hopeless facing impossible circumstances. Thank you for your kindness and hard work.
You’ve got the strongest back and biggest heart I’ve ever seen. May your tools never break and that manufactures sponsor your content. I can’t think of a, better durability test to advertise tools than what you do.
Oh man, I KNOW the next-door neighbors appreciate this with their whole hearts! They clearly love their home - their driveway has been power washed. Cuts back on critters and weeds coming over to their yard. Thank you for your compassion.
Then maybe you should tell him to get off their asses and go do it themselves, instead of whining how all these houses that are abandoned are affecting their property values
If you have to film yourself doing nice things and post it on a TH-cam channel for monetary purposes where you make 10x more than the average worker, then....
I’m so sorry about your keys, not to mention the $300 in bail to get them out. However, the greatest value of this video was your calm and grateful / great attitude. You must have been raised by some incredible parents.
Do yourself a favor… go to any Love’s truck stop and go to the section in the back where all the trucker equipment is… back there you will find a kit that includes all the tools necessary to break into your truck for about 30.00 bucks, comes in a convenient carrying case you can stash in the bed of your truck… saves a ton of money and you’ll never need to call another locksmith!!! Love your videos!!!
I have one attached to the spare tire under the bed of my work truck! One skinny zip tie holds it on well and it's no more than a utility blade or a strong pull to get it out. Airbags, assembly for the stiff rod he used to unlock the door, and hard plastic wedges to protect the paint as best they could. Just so you know, my only advice is to have a cloth to wrap the metal rod if it does not have a rubber or other protective coating. I've heard unlocks cost from $50 to $150. You sir paid the most I have ever heard of for an unlock. You can have one sent to your home through Temu. NEVER EVER STORE IT INSIDE YOUR CAR! I can not tell you how often I have been told, "I have one of those kits too. It's in there under the seat!" 🤦
So the airbags basically pushes the frames of the door out and then he tries to open/pull the door handle with that rod? I am just interested in this technique, I had a Nissan 100 NX, went on a holiday to Hungary with a friend, didn't had a spare key, same situation, went to the camp site owner, he pulled out the glass of the frame (100 NX is easier) and then angled the rod.
Great work as always! $300 for the lock out was way too high. When I heard you say the cost, my jaw dropped. If that would occur again, ask the local police because some depts allow their officers to assist with lock outs at no cost.
I locked my keys in my truck in Massachusetts and the fire department opened it up there. In Vegas, the cops open your vehicle. Yea, I’ve done it a few times 😵💫🫣🤭
From needing a locksmith, initial concern from officer visit, to not having your gloves🙄my goodness..... Generous, kind, positive and skilled service. Kudos to you !
This little house was so loved once! That screen door is so pretty and the owner must have loved blue! Your work made it the cute the little cottage it could be again. I think the police officer's visit was really neat too. Like others have suggested, investing in an annual AAA membership will save you lots whether you need to get your keys out or a new battery. That $300 was a tad steep.
One year I could’ve paid for two family memberships with what I paid in locksmiths! I kept locking my keys in the car! Thankfully that was just one year….next car I made sure it couldn’t be locked if the keys were in it.
A shout out to the police officer for making an appearance on your video. 👍🏼 That is so cool. ❤ Thank you for what you both do for the community. God Bless you and keep you safe. 🙏🏼 ❤❤❤ Lawn looks beautiful 😍
I've watched your videos on and off and I want to tell you something I'm very proud of you that you do the work that you do to take care of these places that people don't take care of them. Whether the people considered it or not, you're a blessing to those neighborhoods. Thank you.
That little house looked great. Very cool how that cop recognized you out there hard at work. He's a good cop, nothing gets by him. Being a cop he could've slim- jimmed your door open. Good idea to buy one a keep it on the outside of the truck. I bet you have bought one already. Keep up the great work that you do.
The bragging rights this man has by showing every second of the project is insane. It's not like a TLC show where a team of professionals are off screen waiting for the cameras to cut to swoop in and replace the host. This dude puts his back into it from beginning to end.
Yes, that was the amazing part of this video he showed each moment and how much work it actually took to do this job to take this. What looked like a rat into a nice looking little home
That’s hard work, my yard has 3 shorter sidewalks and one that runs across the front of the house, plus the driveway, I have edged it by hand by my hands won’t let me now.
Thank you, Spencer! You embody a Good Neighbor, helping those you never meet, nor likely will ever hear the rest of what happens to the property. As a side note, something is wrong with our culture when people are unhoused and vacant houses become nuisances.
I get what you're saying, but it's about where the housing is. It doesn't look like the kind of area that has a housing shortage. The other end of the problem is housing that can't be sold because the local industry disappeared.
I feel so bad for you! Here you are doing a wonderful thing for the community and a locksmith comes and takes advantage of you charging $300. That is outrageous! We need more people like you in the world, that is for sure! The place looked beautiful when you were done, hopefully it will be put up for sale now and maybe someone will restore the home. Awesome video, thank you!

Your after photos are amazing! Maybe someone will see the potential and come along and save this little house! You are outstanding, Spencer! Keep up the good work! 😊
The irony is that if kept up it’s not that hard. Weeding, cutting the grass, keeping the fence line clear of tree saplings is not that much work if the house is occupied, but even some homeowners don’t do this and it gets out of hand and seemingly insurmountable.
All that little house needs after this transformation is a realtor sign out front to get the rest of it done. Someone moves in they can maintain the upkeep.

Hello
Friend, it is not easy doing yard work. And to do it for someone else with no expectations in return - You are a good solid dude with a good heart.
@@diamondjim7560I'm not positive but I think it's only trespassing if you're asked to leave and then don't.
@@diamondjim7560its trespassing, and its done only for the sake of a TH-cam video.

I didn't know you could get these @ truck stop so I bought the pieces at Home Depot😅

Spencer, thank you, and a special thanks to your parents. They raised a great kid.
Let's make our country great again by public service like this!
I was going to say the exact same thing. He definitely had good parents growing up. I have hope for this country yet.
The world is certainly a better place because you're in it! Thank you for your countless hours of service❣️💯
Thank you, Spencer! You embody a Good Neighbor, helping those you never meet, nor likely will ever hear the rest of what happens to the property. As a side note, something is wrong with our culture when people are unhoused and vacant houses become nuisances.
Thank you so much for the support! Have a great day!
Yes indeed
I get what you're saying, but it's about where the housing is. It doesn't look like the kind of area that has a housing shortage. The other end of the problem is housing that can't be sold because the local industry disappeared.
Agree, Donald, on all counts!
Yes, from Australia.
Just think if all the community's in America would do this for their neighbor and neighborhood what a wonderful world this would be....God bless you
I feel so bad for you!
I just purchased some of those bags and tools to keep this from happening to myself lol.
make sure you keep them in the locked car with your keys
ya that should have been a $70 unlock fee. stupid . i agree
Just leave your windows cracked open. Anyway it is easy to access without all those tools
$300 is ridiculous. I've personally paid $60.
We need more young people with his attitude. God bless you for everything you do to help your neighbors. Expect lots of blessings throughout your life son.
I’m 71 years old, I so appreciate anyone that keeps their yard mowed. But, you are exceptional! I still do my lawn care,I have around 5 acres, but will call on my son to help with the weed eating! I keep new equipment for mine and his use. I’m an ExMark kinda person. He loves his Mom and though he has a lot on his plate, he will take the time to help me if need be…it’s so soothing to my soul when I see the before and afters! You are a blessing to me…tears falling as I write this, but your Mom must be so proud!! Prayers for good health and continued success.
Good❤😊
❤❤❤❤❤
😅😊😊
To the Officer who is a fan and watches your videos, thank you for your service, Sir. Another great transformation, Spencer!
This comment should be pinned to the top... 100% agree with you Julie.
@@jonathanbair523 I try to thank every service member that I encounter, Jonathan. ESPECIALLY these days! Happy to see there are others that feel the same. Have a good weekend!!
Anyone who has ever cleared significant dirt over concrete, etc where (generally weeds) growth has taken place KNOWS how much work that is... I absolutely admire this young man's work ethic!
I have done this type of work and you find dirt in the most unusual places. Kudos.
Dirt is just decomposed organics like grass, leaves, and other various dead things@@lynnmaupin-simpson1215
My Back was hurting watching him do that.
I am shocked at how amazing you made that look! LOOKS FANTASTC!
You're such a hard worker and don't do anything halfway. Thank you for all you do for your community and the surrounding communities.
$300.00 Is terrible. I locked my keys in my car 5 years ago and it was $50.00.
That was nice of the Law Officer to stop and talk. Thank you for your service sir and to you too SB. 👏👏
That was ridiculous $300.00 . Only if is a weekend or after 5pm or a Holiday. Otherwise during the week $100.00 max if it is a hard job.
Remember... He is actually doing it for free.
@@rikkekildegaardandersen2794 huh?
I am so glad to see you wearing your mask or kerchief.
@@christinefigari9805 I think what @rikkekildegaardandersen2794 is trying to say SB Mowing is doing the lawn for free, so he's not making 1¢ on this job. That $300 is coming directly out of his pocket.
Fabulous transformation of this little forgotten house. The locksmith took advantage of your youth. He needs to get "a little kindness" in giving back. The policeman was so sweet to stop by and commend you on your wonderful work he views from your videos. Great job!
Your after photos are amazing! Maybe someone will see the potential and come along and save this little house! You are outstanding, Spencer! Keep up the good work! 😊
Amazing! Most people don’t work that hard in their own yard. Keep inspiring others to do the right thing.
I know this kind of work is hard . Like barn work only you don't have horses hooves to dodge.
The irony is that if kept up it’s not that hard. Weeding, cutting the grass, keeping the fence line clear of tree saplings is not that much work if the house is occupied, but even some homeowners don’t do this and it gets out of hand and seemingly insurmountable.
Looks 100% better, and I’m sure the owner of that house next door to it really appreciates what you’ve done. Great job 👏🏾
All that little house needs after this transformation is a realtor sign out front to get the rest of it done. Someone moves in they can maintain the upkeep.
There is still HOPE!!! For anyone who has experienced horrible events and has lost hope, watch these videos and learn from this kid. The world does have a chance. There are many people like this kid who still think with their heart. Blessings to him and his family!!
This is true. Now he's got the money from his subscribers and views. This is true too with the channel "TheDogDaddy" who started very poor but now an adorable world wide dog trainer!
nothing but AWESOME GRATITUDE Buddy!!!🙌🏼
Great use of ELBOW GREASE!!!!
YOU’RE AWESOME!!!❤
He's getting rich, you don't get it
Amen! In the media the bad guys get all the Press! I know there are tons of people that are good in this world but TV and media and internet a lot of times just shows the bad guys and all the horrible things in the world. It really gives a warped View
@@michpackfanwhat’s the problem with that? He deserves it if you ask me! I bet he didn’t wake up and think “hey, I bet if I go record myself voluntarily working my ass off for nothing and make others happy at the same time, I can get rich if I make it into content for a TH-cam channel! Then when I’m rich I’ll start to be a jerk and I won’t have to work another day in my life!”…. I truly doubt there is bad intent behind this, self promotion isn’t a bad thing. He is trying to “make it” financially, the good old fashioned way, actually puts in the work himself. To take advantage of TH-cam is genius and success that comes from it, in my opinion, could not be more deserved. It seems like he is someone who will keep doing good and paying it forward. I HOPE he is getting rich!!!
You are the hardest working man. Your videos are so satisfying to watch
I'm glad Spencer you are covering your face from all that dirt and dust. You are awesome ! Thanks from the neighborhood! 💕
What a day you had! Amazing work, no gloves, locked out, spent $300, thought you were being arrested! Haha, some days are like that! Thanks for making our day with your video! 😀
That is some back-breaking work there sir! Thank you for cleaning up a neighborhood, one house at a time. You're the best!
I love that you leave the sound in the videos.
I got blisters just watching him. Nice young man. The world needs more like him. Nicely done!
The officer saying hello was great. Thats good community policing
You do an amazing job. What is always so very sad is that was someone's home. Their pride and joy. When they were given the keys they must have been over joyed. To see a home so dilapidated is always heart breaking.
Done such a great job you took the time to make a vacant house looked lived in on the outside and even the neatest looking yard work I've ever seen so I say thank you
I hope all the neighbors appreciate all your hard work! My dad was a professional gardener and I helped him from when I was 12 years old to when I sold the business and started the profession that I wanted to do after he had retired. We were maintaining homes and businesses in expensive neighborhoods, but occasionally we would do favors for older folks who wouldn't be able to afford a gardener. I can tell you, it's a very physical job. There is a lot of satisfaction in restoring a neglected yard. and I love doing community work since I still have most of my equipment. Good job and keep the videos coming!
Spencer,
Nobody, and I mean nobody, handles a shovel with zeal the way you do!
What a day you’ve had; a lesson learned, a vist from a fan, and a few blisters to show for your hard work!!! Another great transformation! See you next Friday!
