      This is glorious, been searching for "how do i create a gantt chart in word 2016?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Biycarlett Astounded Builder - (search on google ) ? It is a great exclusive product for discovering how to download thousands of business and project management templates minus the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my brother in law got great success with it.

      Thank you so much, because I am taking a college class for Operation & Technology management, my instructor has everyone writing 8 to 12 pages about them 5 phases, and that is a lot of typing about them phases, will you send me your information, so that I can put your information on my reference page? You have a nice day and thank you for teaching me about them phases.

      You are getting excited because you are subconsciously anticipating increased future efficiency in conversion of your energy/effort into work/progress by gaining new knowledge.
      Your brain is investing(releasing energy reserves) to gain a profit(ongoing reduction of energy use).
      What it doesn't realize, is that it will likely just result in additional tasks that eat up all the savings. Lol

    1. Project Initiation - What is the business justification of the project?
    2. Planning - Preparing project charter, delivery timelines of each story/ feature.
    3. Execution - Delivering stories to the client (Sprint review)
    4. Monitor & Control - Ensure things are on track, they are within budget.
    5. Closing - The customer is happy with all the requirements? Collating learnings from the project. Customer over-all feedback.

      Hi Lulu. My first question to you would be what are you trying to discover? There is the discovery phase when stake holders and executives dive into to pre project to see if it's a good plan -business analysis. Or the discovery phase which is part of the initiation stage where you are developing the scope statement etc. In this phase the deliverables.

    Do these phases link with methodologies?

    • @AdrianaGirdler
      @AdrianaGirdler  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Steficia, thanks for your question. Yes, these phases link with methodologies.
      The phases are the framework of what to do and your methodology is how you will do it.
      Thanks for watching, cheers!

      Thanks for the question. As per PMO.org, the governing body for PMPs it is known as stages. Hope this helps. Cheers!

      Hi Jacob, The Sponsor is someone in your company who pays for the project and also provides resources and support for the project. The customer is the person(s) or organization(s) that will pay for the project's product, service, or result.
