    Great. Much of these steps at least at higher level should be covered in a well written business case ideally from the Project Sponsor. Elaboration can continue from there. Step 8 in my opinion is one of the most critical steps, as you nailed it shows accountability. I almost throw the schedule/tasks every meeting to make the deliverables and timing as clear as possible

    wow, this is so specific to people doing projects for someone else who also work with others
    i feel like a more specific title would be beneficial, as i came here trying to figure out how to make a project plan for a series of paintings - nobody else involved (no coworkers, no boss, no commissions, nothing - just me)
    i just think a more specific title would be helpful for people who need this specific advice and are looking for it, while making sure it doesn't waste anyone's time who is looking for information that would share the same title (how to write a project plan) but is functionally different (working completely alone, not with a bunch of other people or working for someone)

    • @SkwithOv
      @SkwithOv 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      like, i'm sure this is great information for the people who need it! which is awesome
      i'm just disappointed because this isn't what i thought it would be based on the title and description

    • @SkwithOv
      @SkwithOv 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      (for reference the series of paintings will become educational posters on animal species, not random fun/decorative paintings - it's a project i need to plan out carefully to make sure everything is accurate, which is why i'm looking for help on project planning)

    • @AdrianaGirdler
      @AdrianaGirdler  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi @SkwithOv, thanks for taking the time to share. These posters you are creating are a project as they have a start and end date. Even though you are working on this alone and not with team you can still use the steps to create a project plan for yourself so you can stay on track.
      Wishing you all the best with your project! Cheers!

      @@AdrianaGirdler I did PM classes a few years ago and your vid brings back some good memories. However, I would say that for each steps, there are sub-steps and can further have sub - sub steps depending on the scope of work. However, you have the planning phase, the working phase and ending phase and the steps start in series. Further, for exemple, step 1 can start and before it finish, step 2 kicks off and it goes down the cycle ....
