all of you guys should read capital by karl marx also; yea the property has switched hands from one developer to another EA owns need for speed and decides the studio that makes it and if they can send it out to be developed for less money with the same returns they will take it every time, even if you dont make your money back with sales, if the name is big enough and the aesthetics are good enough you'll make your money back through DLCs and microtransations. why do you think the yearly releise cycle exist?
Ngl, I gotta give Props to Darius, he actually accepted his defeat, unlike the others (I'm talking about you Razor, and the other dude from Undercover)
According to the trivia... Rog says "Look what the Underground let loose. Let's see how well you do in daylight" when the player first encounters him. Rog also says at a later point of the game - "People as far as Bayview are throwing cash down on this." Both are references to the settings of the Underground series.
@@brianlopez1340 for me I think the player did underground 1 and 2 first, then did the prologue race, after it was a scam abandoned the supra and dipped to rockport
Things that I wanna know in the story: 1. What happened to Mia after Most Wanted? 2. Where did Darius go after his defeat? 3. Did Razor escaped during the events of Carbon? Same goes to Bull and Ronnie. 4. And what happened to Angie, Wolf & Kenji after their Stacked Deck race? 5. What is the player and Nikki doing now after Darius' defeat?
@Rape Niggas actually the player didn't go to Ventura bay .Bcz in the end of carbon he stays there bcz that his hometown and maybe got back with nikii and lived together in palmont and in heat we were asking ourselves why did mercer had the player's m3 gtr and to me I think the player was goin to offer him with big cash if he returns wat he had but he was either in the story of heat bcz he is not mentioned but the m3 gtr to me make tht heat is kinda a sequel to carbon bcz of the m3.so lastly I think player retired from racing bcz in most wanted and carbon he was in 20-25 years and I think in 2015 NFS was in his 30-40 maybe married to Nikki.
I’m not really sure about this, but… we know most wanted, carbon and heat are all in the same universe, because of the M3 GTR. in palm city, there’s a location named “fort callahan”, which contains a busted prison. razor’s real name is clarence callahan. to my eyes this could be a hint that razor escaped, or maybe it’s just me overthinking lmao
Same player: Underground 1-2, Most Wanted 2005, Carbon. Other NFS games that share the same universe would be: Heat, Payback, 2015, The Run, Undercover, Prostreet, Shift 1-2, Carbon: Own The City, Undercover and Underground Rivals. I really need more answers and I hope EA would be a douche bag to give it.
Yeah kinda but not really i think. He appears in the nfs Mobile game but its not Cannon. He is in Prostreet so after all the years of racing he tried it with legal races but after becoming showdownking he want back to street racing in Undercover and he gets even caught in Undercover(also easter egg). We can assume that after years of racing legal and ilegal he has to give up nearly everything in order to have a Deal with Police so he has to not sit that long in jail as example Razor(17Years Jail). And we can then see Ryan cooper finaly free in Payback as an NPC with a shit car that we race against, so it means he was free and then again started street racing but he hat to start from new and thats why he is no boss and just an NPC racer with shit car. His M3 that he had to rebuild from scratch because of Carbon is probably then taken from him in Undercover when he was arrested and thats why we can se that the cops of NFS Heat do actually have his M3. Razor on the other hand is finaly free after exactly 17 years and in 2023-Unbound we deliver him the M3GTR. So either oure dude from NFs Heat was also finaly arrested and thats how the M3 came to unbound ore he was the one shipping it to unbound because of a big money deal with razor who we know that he wants that car and maybe there habe been some complications with police again and thats why oure casual unbound player has to bring it to Razor while being chased by cops Non Cannon: In the mobil games and i think in NFS-MW2012 we can se razor and ryan cooper again but as i said its not cannon and doesnt make sense in regard that razor is in jail till2023 (from MW2005 to 2023Unbound because he was sentenced exaclty 17 years). Also Razor apearing in MW2012 doesnt make sense because how can he be in jail for exactly 17 years but at the same time be outside racing again in mostwanted2012. And if he really escaped prison how is his charges not more than 17 years, they would add time in jail for tryna escape. And it doenst make sense with ryan cooper in mobile game because we know that he got caught in Undercover and hat to start from begining while in mobile version he still has the M3.
@@SlimShadyZA Exactly. The insatiable greed and stingyness of EA has no limit. They never listen anyway since they're stuck in their bad practices which kill their own dev teams.
@@Account2-ng6hr Of course. But on condition that these new stories are well written in the first place and that it's not a deja vu. The stories featured on recent NFS games aren't that great in the 1st place and lacks substance since they follow the same plot style and are too predictable. There's not even any plot twists to begin with, it's too simple and too expected. Even the NFS games with stories from the Black Box era are more entertaining and better despite their simplicity and straightforwardness. Otherwise, it's better not to put any at all and let the players create their own stories in their own way.
Bro real i remember when he wins he literally sream in the radio "HELL YEAHHHH thats was so easy man" or when we are losing he tries make us be faster like "CMON MAN SPEED UP." Or some lines like that, is soo funny and nice 🤣
“In addition to the story” The bmw m3 gtr was totalled due to the incident between cross and the player. The player has lost their legendary ride but was later fixed up and sent in a cargo where the main antagonist of nfs heat gets a hold off. Now the bmw m3 gtr lays in the hands of the player in need for speed heat.
I just hate how we lose BMW that we worked for so hard and lost it because of cross.I will literally smack cross because hes so obsesivelly with the main player.
In 16:20, the player lost because razor set him up, his crew cut the oil pipe causing the engine to halt. (Mia: "There's something wrong with your ride, you left a huge oil sleek at the start line. You have to end the race, fast!)
@@andreascristea3960 you beating the blacklist was what allowed them to be arrested, which might not happen if you kept your car. granted, Mia probably wouldn't set you up like that, but there's still a good reason to do so.
That wasn't the case although I'm sure they wanted to do it because ea was forcing black box to release need for speed every year so they just connected them together instead
About to finish Carbon and next up gonna play Undercover. Gotta say, the games felt like the devs poured their very soul into the game. Games before 2010 really had a charm to them.
I remember me and my older brother and sister. We made up a character who resemble various action stars and martial artists. He was known after the DC comics "Midnighter" (in which my crew in Carbon was named) and he is said to be the most feared street racer but hides his vigilant action towards other racers or people. He races and fights for justice and vengeance. He has a mysterious and shadowy intent but can be very aggressive towards cops and enemy crew members.
There are things we'll never know about the story: - Where was Darius' Supra before Underground? - How did the player meet Mia and get the BMW M3 GTR from Most Wanted? - Where did Darius go? - What happened to Samantha, Rachel, Nikki from U2, and Mia before Carbon? - Where is the player now?
The player left (or so it seems) the supra in ProStreet. You can find clips where the announcer of the race announced something about a car with the same license plate and characteristics
The supra is left at prostreet,Mia is his girl, the BMW M3 GTR.... so well nobody knows that,Darius left the town...,I didnt play underground, Player is in Palmont city an bysy with living, etc...
I gotta admit the older need for speeds are so much better and are still classics to this day and age. I'm glad I still have most of these classic 2000s games. I know the retro gaming market is still expensive but I think the 5th and 6th generation of games are still pretty reasonably priced. I will always prefer the retro games is because those games had it all but I know the graphics weren't the best like they are now but the older games had great storylines, gameplay, options and cheat codes too.
You can get it by completing a reward card in Carbon. You have to complete the career then get 300,000 Cost to State in a single pursuit and get Heat Level 5 and own 33 cars@@daoist_cloud
This story is the only perfect representation for it's tilte Need for Speed, where The Player always come out on top with nothing but outrun everyone on a race (also by destroying and piling up cop cars with million worth of bounty of course)
THE NEXT NFS MW+CARBON I want most wanted & carbon remastered released as a single game with the following things made purely clear: THE ACTUAL PLOT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN IS DESCRIBED IN THE WRITER'S BOOK "The Most Wanted: Powrót do Rockport!" by Andreas Lansky 1) Carbon's original map from the demo which was so large and had san juan & the canyon routes integrated to it. 2) The mysteries regarding the geography of carbon(like mystery city) 3) The mysteries in the plot of carbon(like the cadillac driver who let u escape from the cops in the beginning) 4) Where the unfinished bridge in MW leads to 5) Where does the drift course, san juan & canyon routes actually exist in the game universe? 6) Player's Aston Martin & Darius's Supra 7) LeSamurai 8) Does the player exist in NFS Prostreet universe?(darius's supra easter egg) 9) Is there a connection between Rockport & Palmont ? 10) The story of the player pre-carbon era(before MW era)
Number 4 is on Lookout Point. That's the canyon where both cities are connected. Going back will lead you back to Rockport. Going down in the canyon will lead you to Palmont City. It makes sense that Lookout Point has a sign where Palmont City leads to.
Yeah, originally from what I’ve heard, the supra is the bmw, but EA didn’t have the rights to use the vehicle in carbon at the time during Tyne cutscene, but after they licensed the car, the game was already at a dead so they couldn’t redo the CG for the cutscene. This explains why the supra in carbon prologue has the same interior as the m3 gtr
I always feel the weird vibe from all the games before 2010 that the game is made with literal pain, sweat, heardwork, passion and tears of Dev's with whatever limited software they could work on without thinking about how will the game will perform, the thing is this weird vibe is absent from games after 2010 mostly. For me gta vc,sa,nfs mw,u,cod mw all of them and bop2 ,cod 1,2 were actually great games with hardbase base which lacks in modern games hugely 💔
@@zayerz659 That's totally impossible since the NFS MW 2005/Carbon protagonist and the NFS 2015 protagonist are 2 different persons which are from 2 separate continuities with no connections to eachother. Moreover, each of them have their own goals. The 1st hero wants to get back his stolen BMW M3 E46 GTR and discover the truth about what happened the night he flees Palmont City. The 2nd hero has to prove it's worth to 5 icons in order to get their respect by doing races in Ventura Bay as well as increasing his Reputation Level. So, they're not the same person in anyway.
they could've absolutely done this for The Run, where this Player is already ruling Campton, Undergrounds, Rockport and then The Player decided to start The Run, where you could've meet all the previous NFS Bosses, sadly they didn't do it.
That was unbelievable. I knew the connection between most wanted and carbon but, I never thought the other games connected to each other. What an amazing work...
That's actually not the case. The Underground games and the NFS MW 2005/NFS Carbon storyline are not connected to eachother since their respective protagonists are 2 different persons and their continuities are separate.
@@MobDKGrSo there's one Player who is a maniac that destroys every cop he sees and then there's another Player who got so famous just from racing receiving dollars from Sponsor in Beverly Hills?
@@nickdantes3257 Exactly. 1 is a street racer which became famous by doing organized street races from sponsors. The other 1 is a maniac that destroy everything on his path in order to get back his stolen car and discover the truth about what happened the night during a street race where a cop let him flee the scene to avoid getting arrested. So, what you've said is entirely correct.
@@oshawnygrant3730 False. They're not connected. All NFS games are from separate continuities. In fact, they don't share the same protagonist. Moreover, there's NFS games way before NFS Underground 1 which started from 1994 to 2002 also called the Classic Era. If NFS Hot Pursuit 2 PS2 made by Black Box didn't existed or was a failure, NFS games from 2003 to 2008 wouldn't been born in the first place.
You could technically add pro street into the mix too since the announcer can rarely say that a blue Toyota supra with the license plate “NFSCARBN” is abandoned in front of a super promotion tent. So after the flashback in carbon, pro street must take place right after and the player (not Ryan Cooper) must’ve been around
That was only an easter egg in the first place which was added intentionally by Black Box. Also, the Supra MK4 of Darius is blue and white which means it's another blue Supra MK4 or it's literally another car which match the specs told by the announcer.
@@MobDKGr honestly it is fun to think that guy from MW/C still goes around racing, while our guy from U1/U2 is somewhat of a celebrity in Olympic City and Rockport
@@gigstervp1968 Nope. That wouldn't make any sense in the first place. In reality, the Undeground saga and the NFS MW 2005/NFS Carbon storyline happens in 2 separate continuities and their respective protagonists are 2 different peoples with their own goals as well as the Player himself behind the screen.
One of the coolest things to me is that in the police chatter of Most Wanted, you can hear a conversation saying a a street racer pulled over and claimed they were a cop. That made me think about if that person would be important and if so who is it. It was great subtle storytelling.
I respect darius, he is the best villain even tho he is a traitor but number 1 he accepts his defeat and humbles you by saying someone is always faster 2. Even crocc respects him and act like his b*tch 3.he is actually very smart considering his prologue plan worked out perfectly 4. He grabs the player nose in his intro for stacked deck :))
It would be cool if next NFS game we be able to use the unknown racer And all the boss he defeated, came to search for him. And end of the story, we against all the bosses at once.
Razor: "Um you actually can't have your M3 GTR back which I cowardly sabotaged and stole from you in the first place because it ain't over until I say it's over🤓" Darius: "The keys are in the car ☹️"
well. Darius was a disciplined fella, he didnt went against the rules of the ''story'' line, he made the rules he followed the rules. whos better wins. yet Razor was a reckless one, trying to hold his 1st place no matter what,
In nfs pro street the announcer talks about a blue abandoned Supra which is the Supra you used to beat everyone in the race before you escape , going to nfs pro street, then most wanted, and then finally going to carbon.
It’s a fine legacy with a perfect end someone who has always been pushed around moved around but has kept his legendary driving skills gets to own the city of palmont
One thing a lot of nfs fans get wrong about mia is the fact that many assume she is an undercover cop when there is a lot of evidence that proves she isn't and is actually a traitor. First off when you open up the game you get the introduction where the player in the bmw m3 gtr is racing against a red mazda (this mazda being mias as it has the same vinlys and color) in that cutscene the player escapes, however mia is arrested by the police. Second when we meet cross for the first time he mentions about a surprise that will tear the blacklist apart from the inside and lastly one of the voicelines that the ingame cops have during or escaping a pursuit is them mentioning that they cought a blacklist driver pretending to be a undercover cop. Theory: the only reason the player was freed from prison is because of mia, mia used the player to take down the rest of the blacklist and to avoid being thrown in the slammer (i'll get to this) which is where the conspiracy of "the player working with the police" comes in. Though rog comes in and helps take care of those conspiricys, though you will notice that mia doesnt like rog she doesnt like the fact that he is also helping the player and warns us that we should be careful around him. Also side note apperantly razor knows rog too and even questions why he even is helping us (the reason ofcourse is because razor stole rogs car and threw him in prison so yeah makes sense on why rog would help us)When we do finally beat all the blacklist and beat razor who ofcourse malds that he lost and refuses to give the key to the car which mia has to slam him down in to the ground is the scene where mia shows the police badge. This is where everyone thinks she is an undercover cop, alongside her having the police data base thing though she isn't an undercover up rather a traitor. You see, Mia after being captured by cross was probably interrogated and once this interrogation ended she would have been thrown in to the slammer locked up for good, however cross would take advantage in this situation and would make a deal with mia, what kind of deal? this deal is for mia to become a traitor to take down the rest of the blacklist and in exchange she gets freedom and mia accepts, but this is where a problem arrives when cross realizes that many officers think mia is a street racer pretending to be an undercover cop. So in order to make sure that she doesn't get arrested she is given a police badge, ironically this works too well since mia takes advantage of it and steals their radios and entire data base thingy helping us out..(explains why our cars have the cop radios and radars) so that was a really dumb move for the police..Anyway! Mia knows she cant take on the blacklist however us the player can, and ofcourse after our loss and arrest which made us the player greatly upset with a desire for revenge she would take full advantage of this where she frees us to get revenge on razor and hes goons! little did we know that she was using us to fufill her part of the deal with cross however this little deal would gain a sma update. Since we are helping mia take down the blacklist our charges will be dropped too this bekng confirmed in the finale pursuit in a call with cross this also explains why mia didnt want rog around the player she doesnt want anyone to mess up anything for her and her little deal with cross. However mia knows that cross will 100% not fufill hes part of the deal she realizes this since our heat level has reached 6 so despite the fact she is a traitor in the end she still helps us to escape..as for her and the blacklist i would 100% say that she is probably in the slammer with the rest of the blacklist unless we get some kind of lore that doesnt exactly confirm this and that she is free, but i guess we will just have to use theorys..but yeah mia isnt an undercover cop rather a traitor to the entire blacklist.
@@MRohanAhmed627 bro, they literally state that the reason she got it because the cops thought that mia was a street racer rather than an undercover cop so cross gave her the police badge so she can continue being that he said, a traitor. You literally need to read it twice.
What i actually used to think : The player runs from Palmont and came in rockport them completed nfs most wanted Career then cross incident happened then we complete carbon career
What I’m learning is the Player originally dated Nikki and never officially broke up and went through a sea of other women after Pre-Carbon before reuniting. 😂
Keep in mind that Nikki from NFS Underground 2 and Nikki from NFS Carbon are 2 different peoples. Nikki from NFS Underground 2 is called Nikki Morris while Nikki from NFS Carbon is the girlfriend of the NFS MW/NFS Carbon hero but her last name is unknown. Also, the Player from NFS MW 2005/NFS Carbon is only faithful to Nikki while Mia is more an ally or helper with common goals since the Player wanna get back his car while Mia wanna arrest all Blacklist members. Basically. Mia is an ally with benefits. The other womens doesn't count since they're from their own separate continuities.
@h3x_a4 That's the neat part. She don't know yet. In fact, the Protagonist from NFS MW 2005/NFS Carbon has only 1 girlfriend called Nikki and she's also the reason why Darius messed up the night race against Angie, Kenji and Wolf because he likes Nikki too. So when the Protagonist flees Palmont City, Darius did his manipulation technique and consoled Nikki by hiding her the truth of what really happened that night. Which explains why Nikki was very angry when the Protagonist came back to Palmont City. When the Protagonist obtained 3 new crew members called Colin, Samson and Yumi after beating Angie, Kenji and Wolf, these 3 crew members revealed what happened the night he fleed Palmont City during the Prologue. Afterwards, when the Protagonist meets Darius, it will reveal that he used him since he's a manipulator and Cross arrests him temporarily. In fact, Cross and Nikki had a deal and Cross let you flee by going away. Thereafter, Nikki confirms that the 3 versions of the story told by Colin, Samson and Yumi are really what happened and she joins you as an Aspiro. Thr Protagonist and Nikk decides to take revenge against Darius since they were manipulated by taking over all Silverton territories. When you face Darius, he admits that he stole the money to buy goods for Nikki. After you beat him in his canyon race, Darius gives his car keys to the Protagonist and quits Palmont City in a red Jaguar XK to an unknown fate.

Thank you very much! For the work of explaining in detail, about the origin, course and end of the player´s story. I don´t know English very well, so your video filled in the gaps in the history of this franchise that i played so much and didn´t understand what was being said.
at the start of carbon, cross just insults the player by saying the player got a bounty of 150k only, when in reality most of us who discovered the bus terminal glitch have multiple millions in bounty. For those who don't know, start a new profile in NFS MW 2005 vanilla and then go to blacklist>bounty> rosewood police station(the very first one in the bounty menu) and a bit behind where the game spawns you into the chase there exists a bus terminal (look for the triangle shaped area near the neon barriers on the map) driving into the terminal and going up the ramp lets you get onto a platform that is outside the terminal but still above ground, from there you can AFK for as long as you want, although i don't recommend doing this till heat level 5 but its a real easy way to speed run heat levels and bounty, i got about 1.7M bounty with my very first chevrolet cobalt ss. pro tip: swap colors in the upgrades shop to loose the heat in game and play without ever needing to get into a cop chase again.
Your thought was right anyway. NFS Underground and NFS Underground 2 have their own continuity and storyline which is unrelated to the NFSMW/NFS Carbon storyline due to 2 differents protagonists.
@@AllebTheFlow No since the Player from the Underground games and the Player from NFS MW 2005 and NFS Carbon are 2 different peoples which doesn't share the same objectives. Moreover, the BMW M3 E46 GTR doesn't appear anywhere in NFS Underground 2 since the car started to appear in NFS MW 2005 so how the MC of the Underground games could buy this car ? So, that means they're not the same person. The protagonist of the Underground games want to be the best by winning street races in order to increase his reputation and beat Caleb Reece as a revenge since he caused his accident which destroyed his blue Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R. Meanwhile, the protagonist of NFS MW 2005 and NFS Carbon is already a street racing master which knows how to outsmart cops. His 2 main objectives is to get back his BMW M3 E46 GTR from Razor's hands since he stole it by cheating+sabotage and to clear his name after he flees Palmont City. Also, the MC of NFS MW 2005 and NFS Carbon got his BMW M3 E46 GTR after he sold the Supra owned by Darius to avoid suspicions from the cops before going to Rockport. When he comes back to Palmont City, his objective is to know who is the main culprit of what happened the night he flees Palmont City with Darius' Supra MK4. Also, Adrian Vershinin which is the scenario writer of NFS MW 2005 confirmed that the protagonists of the Underground games and NFS MW 2005/NFS Carbon are 2 separate peoples. You can find the info on the video called Needs For Speed Most Wanted (2005) Reunion and look from 1:29:17 to 1:30:03 for the confirmation.
Why did Mia rescue the player from the jail? How was she sure that the player would be able to take out all of the blacklist members? Why did she help the player to escape Rockport City? Her goal was to catch everyone on the blacklist and then she lets the #1 guy on the blacklist escape? Did she do this maybe because she liked him or something? This part confuses me.
Because Mia was blacklist racer number 16 the entire time but she was also a cop so now that she did that to the player, he's no longer in the blacklist on that city. He's actually in the national blacklist and she's number one so whoever tries to street race in her city she can just use her cop skills to lock him up.
@@NY-Buddy Piggy backing off this comment, the majority of blacklist seem like genuine assholes doing any and everything to win races/make money. It's very likely that someone messing with another persons car like Razor did was not the first or last time this happened in Rockport, especially with how casual we see Ronnie and Toru being about it. Comments like "he's dangerous he'll swap paint if he has to", along with how aggressive Razor was being through actual civilian traffic crashing into cars causing accidents kinda shows how cutthroat and dangerous Rockport city's racing scene is in general. To me this makes me understand why Mia would sign up to become a police officer to put an end to or at least instill some type of control or fear from the shadows to lessen the chaos. Mia Meeting the player, a chill guy who just wants to race, that also happens to be crazy talented was probably a breath of fresh air for her which is probably why she ended up liking and helping him so much. Only to watch her new friend lose a super valuable possession and go to jail for a short while. From that point she knew she could essentially kill two birds with one stone. Arrest all the blacklist as a whole and help her friend get his car back. In the end her plan worked. The blacklist were all arrested and the player got his car back. (It does kinda bother me he didnt at least send her a thank you text at minimum lmao)
So 4 years later and this story quite holds up but one thing that people miss is that players most recent sighting was in need for speed (2015) people say that game is pretty much falls into the undercover catagory to to mention that the deluxe edition gave you the most wanted GTR. And as of right now player is resighting in ventura bay and waiting on his next appearance. And the way the story has been shaking up in heat and unbound, we are in for some good story telling. I did always enjoy that most of the canon titles are all connected.
My theory about the timeline is as follows- 1. Underground - The player starts off as a noob dreaming about racing a fast car and Melissa straight up laughs at him. Unlikely that this happened after he was already an experienced driver in another city. He goes on to become the best racer in Olympic city. 2. Underground 2: Story carries forward from Underground. He goes on to become the #1 racer in Bayview as well. 3. Goes to Palmont, befriends Nikki, has the fateful race where he flees the city. 4. Goes to Rockport. Not sure if Darius gave him the BMW (take my car, go) or he purchased it himself. 5. Escapes from the cops and goes back to Palmont. Beats Darius and settles down there. Rog says that people as far as Bayview were putting money down on the race against Razor - Because the people of Bayview remember him as the #1 racer in their city Rog says earlier, "Let's see how you race in the daylight" - because the player used to race during the night while at Palmont. Neville says, "So you've been in Rockport huh?" He doesn't say Olympic city or Bayview... because the player only went to Rockport after his previous stint at Palmont.
Also, the blue supra really resembles the m3 gtr, since at the time carbon was making its cutscenes, they haven't got the licence from bmw motors yet, so they chose supra with that vinyl.
“Then we goes to rockport city with a BMW M3 GTR” -‘smoothly stolen from a racing place near bayview and needing to escape, becoming extremely wanted, before becoming the most wanted in rockport’-
one thing. how is it possible that the player went straight from Carbon to Olympic City? based on the first race in Palmont, Wolf drives an Aston Martin DB9. that car was released in 2004. Carbon (well, the rest of it) takes place in 2006, with the 2005 Rockport events in the middle. of course, things could be going so fast that Olympic City does manage to squeeze somewhere between Carbon (2004) and Rockport, but... that's tricky to justify
You and Nikki are supposed to have one final race which is pretty a long way. After the race, you will be battling each other in a Canyon Duel in Lofty Heights Downhill, which is located outside Fortuna.
Bruh, no way my man just magically acquires an M3 GTR. There's gotta be some sorta explanation for it. Even something like getting a stock E46 M3 and paying a member of the BMW motorsports division to convert it.
I like to believe that Player stole the GTR from the Bayview raceway. It’s literally just the M3 race car repainted so when a pro race was featured Bayview the M3 was probably in the lineup and Player staged a heist to get his hands on the car with the help of Rachel and Nikki, had it repainted and retuned for street racing, then decided to return to Palmont with it to clear his name with an unbeatable street machine. It’s also probably why he had the car painted the way he did, a reverse color scheme to Darius’s Supra.
Except, there's no BMW M3 E46 GTR in NFS Underground 2. It was featured in NFS MW 2005. Also, the Player from NFS MW/NFS Carbon is different from the one featured in the Underground games since there's 2 different peoples. Moreover, the Underground games and the NFS MW/NFS Carbon saga are unrelated to eachother. Even Adrian Vershinin which is the scenario writer of NFS MW 2005 confirmed that during a stream. In addition, the storyline of NFS MW/NFS Carbon starts in the intro of NFS Carbon, then it's NFS Most Wanted 2005 and back into NFS Carbon.
@@KızılComet It's mainly a reference to what happened in the intro of NFS Carbon since the protagonist is from Palmont City and it's also an easter egg for players which played the Underground games before playing NFS Most Wanted 2005. In fact, the good order to play the NFS MW/NFS Carbon saga is by looking the intro of NFS Carbon first, then you play NFS Most Wanted 2005 from A to Z and you come back in NFS Carbon with the BMW M3 E46 GTR chased by Cross the bounty hunter. Then, you play NFS Carbon normally.
11:48 I just learned recently that players' M3 GTR is an actual race car and the "modifications" you see on it (bodykit, massive rear wing, rollcage and gutted interior) are actually all stock stuff.* I love how this cutscene acknowledges the fact, since it is odd to have a race car (and not just the homologation model, aka "street version" of one) as the hero in a game about modded street cars! It's also hilarious that the street racers think it's a kit car and are calling him a ricer! 🤣 *It seems quite obvious in retrospect, given it's the only car that's shown with a rave car interior, but since I've played Underground long before most wanted and it mentions gutting the interior in the tuning options, I always imagined that was a choice made to represent that and show that and/or to characterize player as someone laser focused on racing who doesn't care much about all the stuff going on in the scene(s) around it (which is probably true for most players).
well true, M3 GTR its a real race car made for the GT races and ALMS (where it never got in due to race regualtions, was banned from ALMS) a reason why in game the M3 handles like heaven in corners and straights, and the only that comes stock in game with roll cage, sequential gear box and a factory race engine, thats why the story makes it so you dont race it from start cause it can literally smash any car in the game
Nfs carbon can’t go first because the DB9 wasn’t released until 2004, yet you’re placing it before underground which was released in 2003, they’re just separate storylines. In need for speed underground, you just start off as a young kid who got into street racing who rose to the top, in carbon and most wanted you’re already an established street racer that’s older who ran away. There’s no doubt they’re all in the same universe, but they’re all different characters
I was thinking the same thing. My question is will the legendary player return ever again or characters like Mia, Cross, and Nikki will ever return? Most likely not.
@@pyro_chris183 Well NFS Carbon was released in 2006 so it makes logical sense that the game takes place in the same year. My opinion is that I don't think Black Box had time to make the story they originally wanted to but if Fast & Furious movies can bend time why not NFS.

I’m not really sure about this, but…
we know most wanted, carbon and heat are all in the same universe, because of the M3 GTR. in palm city, there’s a location named “fort callahan”, which contains a busted prison. razor’s real name is clarence callahan. to my eyes this could be a hint that razor escaped, or maybe it’s just me overthinking lmao

So either oure dude from NFs Heat was also finaly arrested and thats how the M3 came to unbound ore he was the one shipping it to unbound because of a big money deal with razor who we know that he wants that car and maybe there habe been some complications with police again and thats why oure casual unbound player has to bring it to Razor while being chased by cops
Non Cannon:
In the mobil games and i think in NFS-MW2012 we can se razor and ryan cooper again but as i said its not cannon and doesnt make sense in regard that razor is in jail till2023 (from MW2005 to 2023Unbound because he was sentenced exaclty 17 years).

That's totally impossible since the NFS MW 2005/Carbon protagonist and the NFS 2015 protagonist are 2 different persons which are from 2 separate continuities with no connections to eachother.

I totally agree.
Mia was an undercover cop from the beginning.
She had a badge on her in the cutscene after you beat Razor, bro. The badge signifies she was a cop.
Holy śh!ť you typed all of that damn
@@MERCS-V8 Best thing is, he typed all that but didn't see the badge Mia had on her lol

You'd be at pursuit level 5 and Cross would already be spawned lol
@h3x_a4
That's the neat part.
They should make a grand final race against Sal. He's riding a bicycle that goes 400mph and is unbeatable. Lol
Now I finally know the full story and not confused anymore 😁

@@MobDKGr didnt the player from underground 2 buy the bmw? From his sponsors
@@AllebTheFlow
No since the Player from the Underground games and the Player from NFS MW 2005 and NFS Carbon are 2 different peoples which doesn't share the same objectives.

She was in real love from heart or she knew about the story of ryan cooper or the protagonist in the underground 1 and 2 history
She was an undercover cop of course, or maybe she had a crush on the player. It's sad that Mia isn't there on Carbon anymore, only Nikki.

We need a NFS Who explained the Story of Carbon and Most Wanted 2005 please Call all the iconic actors back!
My theory about the timeline is as follows-
Rog says that people as far as Bayview were putting money down on the race against Razor - Because the people of Bayview remember him as the #1 racer in their city
Rog says earlier, "Let's see how you race in the daylight" - because the player used to race during the night while at Palmont.
Neville says, "So you've been in Rockport huh?" He doesn't say Olympic city or Bayview... because the player only went to Rockport after his previous stint at Palmont.
Also, the blue supra really resembles the m3 gtr, since at the time carbon was making its cutscenes, they haven't got the licence from bmw motors yet, so they chose supra with that vinyl.

one thing. how is it possible that the player went straight from Carbon to Olympic City? based on the first race in Palmont, Wolf drives an Aston Martin DB9. that car was released in 2004. Carbon (well, the rest of it) takes place in 2006, with the 2005 Rockport events in the middle. of course, things could be going so fast that Olympic City does manage to squeeze somewhere between Carbon (2004) and Rockport, but... that's tricky to justify

I would love to see more of ryan cooper's adventure in the future if the devs ever thought of making a new story.

What happens to Nikki and Player after he Beats Darius? Anyway I like the story
I think they got back together again that's what I think
Originally (in the beta stage of the game) they race down a canyon for a last time and the game ends but this part deleted from full game.
@@keikei90 there's a mod called Carbon Endgame Mod that adds it back, along with a lot of other cut content
You and Nikki are supposed to have one final race which is pretty a long way. After the race, you will be battling each other in a Canyon Duel in Lofty Heights Downhill, which is located outside Fortuna.
the nsfmw 2012 used to be nfsmw 2 and continue the story but to due lack of time it canceled
@@MobDKGr True.
But, what does "Look what the Underground" brought from Rog mean?
@@KızılComet
It's mainly a reference to what happened in the intro of NFS Carbon since the protagonist is from Palmont City and it's also an easter egg for players which played the Underground games before playing NFS Most Wanted 2005.
11:48 I just learned recently that players' M3 GTR is an actual race car and the "modifications" you see on it (bodykit, massive rear wing, rollcage and gutted interior) are actually all stock stuff.*
I love how this cutscene acknowledges the fact, since it is odd to have a race car (and not just the homologation model, aka "street version" of one) as the hero in a game about modded street cars!
It's also hilarious that the street racers think it's a kit car and are calling him a ricer! 🤣
*It seems quite obvious in retrospect, given it's the only car that's shown with a rave car interior, but since I've played Underground long before most wanted and it mentions gutting the interior in the tuning options, I always imagined that was a choice made to represent that and show that and/or to characterize player as someone laser focused on racing who doesn't care much about all the stuff going on in the scene(s) around it (which is probably true for most players).
well true, M3 GTR its a real race car made for the GT races and ALMS (where it never got in due to race regualtions, was banned from ALMS) a reason why in game the M3 handles like heaven in corners and straights, and the only that comes stock in game with roll cage, sequential gear box and a factory race engine, thats why the story makes it so you dont race it from start cause it can literally smash any car in the game
@@bogdandanut2605Also thats why game name called "Most Wanted "because its bone to illegal to drive on street that car.

The player character in NFS CARBON, even in 2024 still is legendary!
Yea the db9 is in their but you also got to think of how many years this story is
@@pyro_chris183 Well NFS Carbon was released in 2006 so it makes logical sense that the game takes place in the same year. My opinion is that I don't think Black Box had time to make the story they originally wanted to but if Fast & Furious movies can bend time why not NFS.
