Just a tip take you yoke filling in a ziplock bag and cut the corner of one side a bout a quarter inch in the triangle and twist the bag you can fill the egg whites quickly. Nice job on your deviled eggs.
How long should you let them boil after covering them with the lid?
8 minutes
I usually wait till the water starts boiling put the eggs in leave them 10 to 12 mins
Do you start with cool water or hot ? I watched another video that stated to put the eggs in hot water and then boil

Is the chives really called parsley in the supermarket? When I go to buy I don’t see that name listed anywhere
I see the dried version online by McCormick. You can just chop fresh green onions it’s the same thing

My filling is little runny . How to fix it
Cook eggs longer so the yolk isn’t as runny or don’t use too much mustard or mayo
Add more egg yolks. I do this in case I add a bit too much mayo 😊
