Printer Won't Take Paper HP Deskjet 4155e Troubleshooting

A common problem on most printers is when a paper is not being fed into printer, even though it is loaded properly. This printer loads from the back. We show how to get it fixed. also, ADF or document feeder may have same issue. We show how to resolve that problem as well.

Thank you, none of that worked for my printer. Are there any additional steps I could try? It starts sucking but stops and spins. I don't see any obstruction at all.

Hi. Make sure all covers are closed, especially the one at the bottom. Also a gear may be out of place on a roller where the paper gets stuck. That's harder to get to but sometimes moving the roller rod to right or left may lock it in plac if it cam out. In the meantime, I'll look into the printer model once again and see if I can direct you to another area you may check.

I have the same printer. My problem is that it pulls the paper too far down before it starts printing. Any suggestions on how to fix that problem?

for me i had this problem and i figured out it was that little blue thing in the back, i didn’t push it all the way to the side so it wasn’t taking my paper 😂

Looks like the rollers aren’t moving. Tried cleaning as you suggested but the rollers don’t move to clean them. Any other suggest?.. 9:20
