Thank you Sir, Friend, Brother, I call you all these because you showed all the possible options practically. I had a paper jam. I saw many videos of resolving the issue. Some are showing very little things , some were hiding some steps, some where showing professional repairing by removing all the screws and unplugging and plugging again some chords and things etc. You showed simple tension free steps which can be done by a non electronics or hardware graduate. Thank you this fixed my printer, tried HP on line but didn't resolve. Wasn't until I saw you video and so lifted the bits up near the inks that the jam cleared.

Thank you so much ! Thanks to your video i was able to fix my mothers printer that didn't work and was much needed at the moment. It had stuck a 20 cent under the rollers. Crazy right ? but yes it happened.. i lifted the rollers with a stick and was able to see it and take it out. Much appreciated 🙏 🙌

Hello! This video solved my problem!! Thank you so much! There was something stuck under the printer when I turned it upside down. There was a cotton swab that fell when I was cleaning it before!

Omg! It worked! Ours had a 10peso coin inserted because my cousin's clumsiness. 😭 so the paper won't feed properly. We tried opening the seal under the printer, the one with the blue tape. After opening the coin immediately dropped! Huhuhaha. Thank you!
this is a lifesaver. Was about to throw away my printer since it won't load paper. I found out that there was a keycap from my wife's mechanical keyboard stuck inside. The kids haha

I want to say thank you very very much it worked perfectly I had a rubber band that got caught inside but unfortunately I turned it over and cracked the paper flap that holds the paper it still works but in an upright position and not the normal slant position.👍🏾👏🏾🎉💥🎊

just open the cartridge door and rotate ink cartidge from right to left with your fingers in printer on condition for 30sec. And close door ...now its ready to print
