Wow! Thank you so much. I was minutes away from tossing my HP before I found this helpful video. I found a paper jammed under the feeding tray!! I didn't even know this was a possibility.
glad i found this video, the HP tech documentation webpage didn't say anything about the pickup rollers and so I overlooked them! wish phone support had been more helpful. to think this all started with a random error because I was out of ink but the printer wouldn't tell me that. bought new ink and then no paper error. now finally after weeks and weeks I found a solution.
awesome this video helped me a ton. i have a different printer but this gave me an idea of how to fix mine. there was a openable slot on the bottom i found that had a tea bag in it. lol i dont know where that came from.

The paper feed roller on my 6310xi is not rotating, I've tried resetting the printer, but, that doesn't seem to help. I guess I have to buy another printer now.

I have a All in One Deskjet 5610 that suddenly started grabbing paper from one side of the paper tray (the right side). Resetting it and cleaning hasn't done anything. The machine worked fine with no problems for years, now this! Any suggestions?

Hi , I have a question please help: my printer HP Color LaserJet 5550dtn has a problem with printing for paper size 11"x17", especially tray 1 and tray 3. Tray 2 can print paper size 8.5x11 seems normally and regular fast. However, again when printing 11x17 for any trays in general, the screen appear "processing job", but it take for ever not lift up or not working . Thanks a head of time

Mine had a cog slipping on the drive shaft. seems to be a VERY common problem on HP printers :/ Switching it on and off aint going to fix that lol.

HP Printer Support Na the cog was slipping on the drive shaft and when I glued it in place it worked for about 10 prints then broke off lol.

This is not working and I am on my third HP replacement. Not surprised since you spell "paper" "paer" in an official HP video. Step 2.
