Ok, the case itself ain’t bad. However, most protective? Defender is like a tank. Even the Commuter has enter rubber inside plus a hard plastic outside shell. This one is a little bit of cushion here and there and a whole hard shell. I’ll stick with my commuter and a super good screen protector. Costs less, and if I wanted more protection I’d go with defender.
Isn’t it weird how otterbox now owns lifeproof. I was honestly beginning to wonder now that I’ve seen lifeproof go downhill. The pursuit is a good case, but I want them to make something waterproof besides the fre. I need them to make a nuud but it seems otterbox doesn’t think so
Personally, I would go for Pursuit. Although the buttons are quite difficult to mash but I like how the front-facing audio scoops enhance the sound quality :)
Its a struggle removing this case though, i saw the bottom part is chipped already, i dont recommend using a coin to open it. Its too fragile though. Bought mine in Black, it bothers to me see that it has damages already at the bottom part though. The side of the screen is tacky, its a dust magnet. You’re review is nice anyway.
I bought this case a couple of weeks ago and I loved the way it felt and looked but it sucked. The switch to silence the phone wore down within two days and became completely useless. Great case and I love how it turns the bottom speakers front firing if you don’t plan on ever using the mute button ever again.
Night Creeper never had issues with the mute switch but we heard a couple of complaints about it though. I think you can contact their support for warranty. Thanks for watching :)
Mobile Code PH you can, but theyve had this problem since the persuit series for the 5s which i had, couldnt even get a warranty replacement they took it off their page
For me the Defender case is my first option with Otterbox for every phone I’ve had

I have the Lifeproof Next and the Pursuit. Honestly, its preference on appearance. I think the Next is visually much more appealing in person.
