That’s an excellent point about the Apple case having an open bottom which makes it easier to swipe up on the screen. Plus it gives you a way to tell which way is up when you pick up the phone. My personal favorite case is the Apple leather case because of this and because the leather has metal buttons.

the apple case is so gripy but it doesn't sound very protective and it worries me a lot. I hope a screen protector+apple case is enough cause I like how much friction it has. almost impossible to drop! my Neo hybrid is like a soap bar

Very nice cases an awesome job describing each one. I like the Last one by ghost. He only thing I did not see was the one with the round window on the back showing the Apple on the iPhone X. I prefer the the bumper case. Only problem is my magnetic car mount. I like to put the metal piece on the case and not on the phone

I have the Speck Presidio and the lip on the front is coming off already. I’ve only had this case for 2mo..
I do like the grip on apple cases. Got my dad’s old one for 6 plus but was too grippy and hard to get outta small bag/backpack pocket.

Have you seen Peel cases? Came across them on IG and looks pretty cool. Probs a bit of compromise on protection though being so thin.
