“Sometimes you climb out of bed in the morning and you think, I'm not going to make it, but you laugh inside - remembering all the times you've felt that way.” -Charles Bukowski
I got a bad day. Now sitting here and watching you gives me strength and you give something like... Hey you will get through this and will be stronger don't give up
I got to journal less often. It has not been a habit yet. One thing I agree with is that human beings can bring the most suffering, and right after that, I met other human beings who brought me so much hope and joy. Thanks for your insight and wisdom. Have a peaceful day, and be healthy.
Very insightful video! I also learned how important people are for one's happiness after challenging myself a few months ago to make a list of as much stuff as I can remember that made me happy. It was a couple of pages long, and 9 times out of 10, it involved experiences with others, which was pretty surprising since I consider myself introverted.
Hi! I've been journaling since i was 12. I'm 47 now. I like to reread what was going on 6 months ago, because the problems are always resolved! I met Sam Demma last week I shot in the dark asked him if he knew you. He did! How cool. Two super amazing speakers! Yay!
I learned very important things reading my journal from high school age. I am now 62. It helped having those written down because I could not remember details. Now those derails are helping me work though my cptsd and anxiety. Thanks for sharing this today ❤
