    I got to journal less often. It has not been a habit yet. One thing I agree with is that human beings can bring the most suffering, and right after that, I met other human beings who brought me so much hope and joy. Thanks for your insight and wisdom. Have a peaceful day, and be healthy.

    Very insightful video! I also learned how important people are for one's happiness after challenging myself a few months ago to make a list of as much stuff as I can remember that made me happy. It was a couple of pages long, and 9 times out of 10, it involved experiences with others, which was pretty surprising since I consider myself introverted.

    Hi! I've been journaling since i was 12. I'm 47 now. I like to reread what was going on 6 months ago, because the problems are always resolved!
    I met Sam Demma last week
    I shot in the dark asked him if he knew you. He did! How cool. Two super amazing speakers! Yay!

    This Channel helps I have severe anxiety almost to the point I choke 🤧 in my sleep or sleep apnea. Thanks (it's good to see you).

    I learned very important things reading my journal from high school age. I am now 62. It helped having those written down because I could not remember details. Now those derails are helping me work though my cptsd and anxiety.

    Yes, I’m 61 years old and I started journaling about 50 when my body started going through some bad changes women things and this was hard for me that was hard for me so it benefits to see that like you said it doesn’t last forever and learn new tips, and new tricksnew friends new experiences life went on you Scott
