Names for foods are actually not that unusual in English: Brie, Ginger, Cookie, Honey, etc. Same with names after places, which is where many cheese names come from (including Beaufort). It is more like naming your kid Brittany or Paris.

One other thing I noticed about the difference is in twilight Edward is casually just like “oh yea I stalk you most of the time and watch you sleep” while edyth was a bit more like “I’m not sure if you want to hear this it’s a bit disturbing but I watch you sleep”
She is the kind of woman to automatically assume pure or noble intent when a woman does something but will assume malicious or predatory intent when a man does the same thing.

She wanted money for the anniversary, oh and she claims that this proves that Bella wasn't weak because she was a girl but only because she was human an that the story totally isn't antifemanist... the only thing she achieved was getting money for the anniversaries and somehow reinforcing the antifemanism of Bella by making Beau less teehee flowery prose and super manly man's man because men.
