This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Franklin Homes. The model for this home is the “Cedar Lake” This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,400 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! Finally a floor plan where the master isn’t right off the main living area and you can shut off the area too. Built for those of us who might not want to disturb or be disturbed by early or late night activities.

Actually the Master Suite IS right off Living Room. There is just also a Family Room you can use instead.
18:56 I agree with the person who likes the main bedroom off the small living room. Looks like it could be a private suite for parents of children! I love this home even though I'm just dreamin'
@@PastorsCrazyWife except weirdly they put what appears to be the main door in that suite. Better make sure the kid's bedrooms, bathroom ans utility room are extra clean when guests arrive because they're marching down that hallway.

My whole house is blue and white...I would have to change that.
Beautiful home, gorgeous master bed and bathroom, however with as many bedrooms as it has, way to small of kitchen and living room and NO Pantry!?!? What???

My jaw dropped when I saw the owner’s bath!! This has to be the most perfect bathroom I’ve ever seen in a modular or manufactured home! Wow 🤩
Amazing floor plan. Love the 4 bedrooms. Really don't see the reason for 3 shower stations in the master. Love the blue/green cabinet color AND the colors on the exterior. Adding a 1/2 bath for guests would be nice. Only problem is the builders are really coming up with great floor plans, BUT - EVERY model should have room for a fridge in the utility room. Very common to need an extra fridge for a family.😊

It has enough space to the utility room to put some selves and use it like a pantry.
I was surprised at that, as well. Definitely needs a pantry for the kitchen. I don't recall seeing a hall closet that would make-up for not guest bathroom pantry.

Phenomenal house, add a pantry and it would be out of this world perfect.
This is one of the nicest floor plans we have seen in a while!! The only thing missing was a pantry and a place to put a freezer. That showers is MASSIVE!! You could have an entire football team in it!!
Very attractive exterior. Beautiful cabinetry! And a guest closet!! And a sink in the laundry!! Master suite is amazing! This one is out of the park, Chance!
Absolutely love this home! That seafoam/sage paint color on the cabinets is so beautiful. The master suite is so huge and roomy, not to mention the master bath and closet. What an awesome shower! This is a beautiful home but I have one complaint. Just like just about every home that you tour there isn’t enough dining space. Even some of the four bedroom homes (which indicates that the purchaser would have a large family) only have enough space for a 4 person table. They should have space for an eight person table.

Beautiful home. Bedrooms are a nice size. The kitchen and family room are great. Only thing missing is a walk in pantry. The master bedroom is awesome. The bathroom is huge and the big shower is overblown. It is beautiful, but looks like a locker room shower where the whole family can use it at once. Also the tub and shower entrances are right there in front of the double doors from the bedroom. Could be a privacy issue. Love the attention to detail in this home and no visible marriage line. Great home tour.

No microwave either. Simple fix but adds to the overall cost.
This one is a keeper. I could see this as my forever home. Only needs a pantry and space for a freezer in the utility room. Closest one to perfect so far in the 2+ years I have been watching. Keep em coming, and thank you!! ❤

WOW WOW WOW! The only thing I would change is the backsplash in the kitchen. I soooo want this house.
Love the livingroom. It feels more like a stick home. Love the familyroom. Omg, I didn't expect the kitchen to be there. Love the color of the cabinets. I just don't know if I'm brave enough to go with a color that's not neutral. I would take the table attached to island out. So, this way when having company plenty of room to expand my own table so we can all sit together. Love primary bedroom. Love the closet. Shower too big. But if I have to have it...ok. I want this house. Wow I thought the price would be higher. Thanks for the tour!

The side door would be the front entry, Garage by the utility room and a deck by the other door for the Master bedroom.

I'd put an extra large deck off the side door (Where family room and dining room are) and then my garage off the utility room door. Then a patio on the "Front" door. This has to the most unique floor plan I have seen. Can't wait till I find one to film.

OK, Chance ... I've been watching for a while now, and THIS HOME is the first one that I've commented on! WOW ... this one is just beautiful! Layout, colors, ceilings, cabinets... and that master bedroom and bath are all incredible. This home is "well done"... not "over done". I would refer to this one as functional, high quality, and elegant! Great job ... I enjoy your videos!

Another super home from Franklin! The color of the cabinets borders on teal, but it has a bit more green in it. You did forget to mention the great storage cabinets in the master bath. Franklin seems to always have plenty of storage in their homes.

I love the colors so warm and lovely! I would put hard wood floor through out! Love the layout too! The price is good too. I would put a garage off the living room area. The size is amazing!

It needs a pantry, but this home is pretty spectacular nonetheless. That master shower was insane! Would be ideal for a family with just boys or just girls who are active in sports. Definitely gives a locker room vibe for sure! The master closet was great too. Loved the cabinet colors. Very unique and appealing. Thanks for sharing this one. Might be one of the best I've seen on this channel.

This house is absolutely beautiful.. I love living room and the colors of the cabinet's are absolutely beautiful..All of the wall colors are light and really brightens up the hall and the bedroom's
And the windows are elongated and really brightens up the room.This house is Immaculate but also has the relaxing, Comfortable, inviting and comfortable atmosphere..I do like the kitchen,but not the brown 70's-80's-90's colors..
I prefer white, rustic gray or a pale grey color kitchen cabinets..I'd put a long dining room table instead of the round table in the dining room..The laundry room is spacious and roomy to move around..Carport on the side door..
Whoever the architect's are,sure do an amazing job designing the drawings of the modular be and D/W home's..
Awesome design team who decorate and stage most of the better well built home's.. The construction crew who build these houses are very good at their job..A friend was telling me the homes are actually on squares and then put together to actually put the modular and D,/W home's together.Is this true???At any rate the home's are still really nice...😊🌼☀️🌞🌻😃💯%Spectacular on this Home..

Edit: I like the beachy feel it gives as soon as you enter. The Sage Green cabinets are my FAVORITE in this home 😊. I also like the extra LR in the back. This floor plan is very well put together. That owners suite is 💣 That en suite ooooooowweeeeee. That shower is big enough for a party. I wonder why you need 4 different shower heads 🤔😂🤷🏾♀️ TFS this Chance. Adding to my Home Idea playlist.

I could do without the table added onto the island. Instead, have the island top extended over for seating to save space in the kitchen. As it is, it messes up the flow big time. Everything else is perfection! Does it come in a three
bedroom ,but with all the other wonderfulness ?
I thought I was the only one who wasn't a fan of that extra table on the island. I'd need to add a microwave, otherwise it's nice. Maybe instead of a fourth bedroom they could add a half bath.

A lot of nice details that you don't usually see in a manufactured home.
Really like the LVP flooring! Actually looks like wood! Would like that throughout instead of carpeting. I like that the color of the dining room and family room curtains match the color of the kitchen cabinets. Classy. Beautiful home. Great layout.

That master shower is ridiculous. It reminded me of the movies where they show prison showers. How many people do they expect to take a shower at once, or how many shower heads do one person need. Everything else is beautiful. The green color is gorgeous
