HAHA, why do realtors and sales people pretend like we don't have tvs? I think this all the time when there's no wall space. To answer your question, I think you'd have to reverse the room. Tv on loveseat wall, sectional couch, a chair or two by windows.

Compared to some of your other larger homes and their pricing recently, this definitely came in much cheaper than I expected. They made good use of the space overall, the porches were a nice touch. Eliminates having to incur a separate deck cost, permit etc depending on your location.
I love this porch off the master, if you want to put in a hot tub you can put it right there off that porch easily, and go straight from the hot tub to bed without traipsing through the house. I agree about the price, I was shocked at how low this came in compared to a lot of the others, especially with the dual masters, real rods and shelving in the closets, a good sized pantry AND space for a freezer? I would definitely put this in my top five.
Chance, this is a beautiful home but I think I'd worry about my children being right inside the front door and parents being all the way in back of the house. What if one sneaks out or someone breaks in?? This is a crazy world right now!!!!
I never understood kids bedrooms on the opposite side of parents for the reasons you state but also in case of fire. In a perfect house the kitchen, garage, water heater, & furnace would not be by bedrooms. As for intruders...look into Door Armor & switch hollow core bedroom doors to solid wood.
Actually, the perfect setup for us, as a retired couple. My daughter & husband would take the in-law suite, and kids directly across from her. We would obviously take the master suite, with our own retreat. Love it!
Best camera work I have seen on any of these channels. A real good look at the space without constantly opening cupboard doors! Chance you’re not too bad with the cabinet opening but on some channels it is so annoying I can’t watch. This was the perfect mix of great camera work with your up beat positive description. You certainly know how to go into the right detail without going over board and boring folk to death. I would definitely choose you to sell my business as you’re very good at what you do. Screen in the front and back porches, and I'm loving it. WHY is the dining table in the middle of the hallway???? Weirdest place I've ever seen a dining room set. That would be a sitting area for me, like to be on the phone or read a book or something....possibly a game table there, not a dining table. Of course, then I saw the floor vents, and that killed it for me. Although I do like the floorplan.

The entrance to the inside, you have the living room, that leads to the 2 bedrooms and the 1st bathroom, then there is the dining room, that leads into the kitchen, which, the appliances are beautiful in the black color!! And the cabinets are classy!! Love the patio, Laundry Room, and the Master Bedroom and Bathroom!! This house is very interesting and intriguing!! I’m not a fan of having to walk through the dining room all the time to get through the house. If I had to live here I def would have a super long DR table with some leaves for holidays. You have room to add a 2nd table for holidays. (The kids’ table 🤣) I’d rearrange the sitting room with a tv and bookcases on the wall facing the windows and have a sectional along the other wall and in front of the windows. My daughter would love the suite. She’s in college and going on to vet school so she will be with us for a long time. ((She’s a good kid and she likes us so it’s all good. Lol)) she would need a soaking tub though. Me And her are bath people. It’s good for detoxing.
I laugh when Chance talks about men waiting on their wives. I’m the one waiting. 😂 My husband takes an hour in the bathroom every morning getting ready for work and church or if we have to go someplace. He takes long showers. I’m a night time shower taker because going to bed without a shower makes me itch. (My daughter is like me). I am a 10 minute shower taker. If I’m washing hair and shaving legs add 5 minutes. I like MY closet in the bedroom so I can get dressed while he’s in the bathroom. He should have his own, IN the bathroom so he can get dressed in the bathroom after his shower. I need a water closet so bad!!! You heard of “the man without a country” story back in the day in school, right? I’m a “woman without a bathroom” 🤣 I’m always odd man out on Sunday mornings when he’s in the master and if she’s in the other bathroom when I need to get in there. Next house I’m having my water closet in the bathroom with a window and some storage, and a big clothes closet in the bedroom just for me. He’s getting a smaller closet in the bathroom. We won’t need dressers in the bedroom, all the clothes are gonna be in the closet.
Would love to see what you could show off out here in the Northeast. Especially here in NJ. Although, i think your viewers would damn near fall over at the price differences here vs 99% of what's currently on the channel lol. Even for a manufactured home. Absolutely Hate the dinning room up front and set in the middle of the path from one end to the other, besides you have plenty of room for it in that Breakfast area.. no need for two dining areas. Might be a nice place to put the Pool Table. ;) I do however really love this home design over all.

Love it! I'm not a huge fan of the dining room only because I feel like I'm eating in the hallway and if you're trying to bring in big stuff through the front door, you're either tripping over the dining room table or you have to shove everything up against a wall to get by. I like the dual master suites- you can do a lot with those. The best part of this home is that they finally have a spot for a stand-up freezer! So many of them aren't doing that anymore and I mentioned this in every single video so I apologize for repeating myself but I do it in hopes that the manufacturers are actually reading these comments... In this day and age when we need to grab what we can when it's on sale- WE NEED A SPOT FOR A FREEZER!!!!! I wish I could put that in bold red letters 8 in tall 😂. Please pass that information on- get rid of the cabinets, make me put in a stackable washer and dryer (full size of course) but please for the love of god- give us somewhere to put a freezer! Not all of us are going to have a garage right away and I don't want to put the damn thing in the master bedroom 😅.

....This is a good sized home, but the closet space in the two " guest bedrooms " is severely lacking, as well as in that " In Law Suite. Very little closet space. Where's the Fireplace in the Lounge ( living room) ? This home should absolutely have a Fireplace. There's enough space in other areas that there should be walk in closets in those Bedrooms. I think the kitchen needed to be in an area that has a window, it's bad Feng Shui to not have a Window in Kitchens and Bathrooms. And, having a Sink across from a Stove is VERY bad Feng Shui. Bad bed placement in the Master Bedroom. The tub location, won't allow for a lovely fabric treatment, and offers ZERO privacy. I look at a lot of details, Aesthetics and if these Builders asked a woman about certain things,...they'd understand better how to put a Home together..This Home has a lot of space, but its layout is just weird.

I worked for the State of Arizona '04 - '06 and the Champion plant in Chandler was my assigned factory to inspect! I remember Kyle and Willis back then. Good folks to work with, excellent quality and it definitely shows! I especially like that no carpet seams show at the mate line. Beautiful layout! The only thing I have found wrong was the A/C vents in floor. I had a modular home and loved my vents in the ceiling. Love this floor plan but would want vents in ceiling.
I have to say…not liking it. I have these closet doors in my 1961 ranch style and they’re a pain. You never have access to your entire closet. You’re constantly sliding those doors back and forth, back and forth…They’re pretty, but a really bad idea as far as daily use. I also would not like walking through the dining room right in the middle of the house. I can see the beauty and why others love it, but I’ve seen others that you’ve shown that I personally like more.
I love to see cabinet and closet door opened I want to see how big or small they are. The dining room as soon as you walk in would be a no for me. I’d use it for something else. The master shower was excellent
This layout is confusing to me, I feel like we walked in the back door with the bathroom and two bedrooms right there. I think I'd rather set up what you're calling the back porch as the front porch, make the morning area an entryway space
Hello👋🏾 Great camera work. I would turn the front sitting room into an office with french doors and create a small foyer. The bedrooms are a great size, but I don't like how guests could potentially see into rooms with the doors opened, if they're seated in certain areas of the home. I'd prefer laminate or engineered wood for the flooring. Yes, I'm one of those homeowners that does not like the kitchen sink mounted in the island😁. That backsplash rocks and the porch out back is an added bonus. Thanks for the tour!

I hate when there's not a designated hot water heater closet. If you have to replace it! You'll have to clean out the master bedroom closet. Plus be careful dragging the dang thing over carpet....
Incredible Home! The layout is great, but I don't think I like the dining room in the middle. It kind of impedes traffic flow. I think I would probably use the front sitting room as the living room and put the dining room in the family room area. You could always add the kids table etc for Thanksgiving dinners into that space as needed instead of having the table there all the time. Chance, I take my eggs over easy as well, but here in Pennsylvania some areas call them "dippy" eggs because you dip your toast into them. :) I love seeing these triple wides, they're incredible. But this one has got to be in my top ten list for sure. As a side note, I think I would hire that guy to do the camera work too....he's pretty good and does a great commentary! 😉🙃

Well I have to say I hate floorplan. There is almost no counter space in the kitchen. A large house yet they put the hot water heater in the closet. The whole front of the house is wasted space. The dining room is just too disconnected from the kitchen and the front living area, well I cant see anyone actually using it. Not a geat house at all.
Ive been to this mobile home spot a lot just to look at this one in buckeye. Was thinking about possibly purchasing but monthly payments for financing was ridiculous 😮

Love this layout where each room has it's individual function and space yet the main rooms flow together. The in law suite is great and laid out well. Love love love that the kitchen is at back of the house and not even in view when you enter. Big big plus. Love the pantry (of course) lol I would prefer the sink not be in the island, but that's minor. Like the porches and where they are located, but I would love them being larger. It gets rather cramped once you add furniture and more than two people on them. Overall, I say it's a 9.6. I would love to live there.
They do the stucco walls. Because it's more cost-effective for them, not as much touch up. And easier to fix when mistakes occur or problems, But I agree with you one hundred percent textured walls Look ugly.
Awesome camera work and I don't mind the voice over at all as it was all good to me. I love the house and would make only one change. I don't care for carpet in the dining room. Makes no sense to me to eat a meal over carpet, but we're all different.
This is THE ONE. After all this time. I love this. Perfect. A bit of an extension to the back porch where you can add an outside fire place. And living area ( next to kitchen )needs a fire place. But this works! Best job ever chance !!

I could have sworn you'd done this floor plan before. I really dislike this house. I don't like that you can stand at the front door and look right down it's throat. I don't like that the formal dining room is essentially a big hall and it makes it difficult to reimagine that area, cuz I don't want 2 dining rooms. I don't like the small kitchen. I don't understand gow so many square feet doesn't have linen closets. This is a nope.
I love this!!! It's just gorgeous... That master bathroom was stunning! The kitchen was very spacious..... BUT..... There's one thing I didn't like. It's very minor, probably petty, but here goes. I didn't like that that one bathroom seemed close to the dining area. It could be just how it looked on camera, but when you mentioned having Thanksgiving, Christmas etc .. I just picture having a bunch of people around the table, then someone goes to use the bathroom...... Well, you get where I'm going with this. 🤢🫢 Anyways, again, it could just be me being petty lol

Actually, Chance 1:58 is a transom window. It just doesn’t have framing or a header between the top transom window and lower single hung/double hung/casement/fixed etc. because the two windows are joined into one, it’s considered a “mulled transom”. This means they share the same sash, where a typical framed transom will have two separate sashes. Hope that helps make the distinction.

I just love the size of the home, and I love the pantry, needs a fireplace, and make the in-law suit a utility room instead, I'd rather have away from the kitchen, as of me right now I'm single and don't have kids, just prefer big homes, especially seeing that I grew in big homes, and I'm the same way with eggs, I'd don't them scrambled, just prefer them over easy or sunny side up.

Im 5'0 so those huge tubs are dangerous lol, I'd swap it for a standalone. Add a fireplace in the living room, relocate the water heater out of the main closet and the house would be my dream! It's over 2600 "feet" not foot (anything over 1 you use the plural form of foot) But you could say "The house is "a" 2600 foot house." We do this when it’s part of a compound adjective describing a noun. For example: a thirty-foot boat an eight-foot couch a hundred-foot building If you're not using a or an in your sentence before saying the size over 1 foot, use the plural form of feet. Hope that helps. 😊
I just purchased in Georgia a doble wide, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms for $219,800, so I just got cheated out of a Mobile Mansion for $20,000 more. Damn I feel dumb. Realtors and Construction Company’s got to bless them. Guess did not do my research.
I like the NATURAL, SOFT COLORS. All the jet black, greys & silvers are so sterile & cold. We have passed up buying some homes we liked due to all the black, greys. The colors in this one are very nice. The high ceilings are not energy efficient & they make spaces look very cold.

Hello Chance! Good video! Big house! But...I do not like the layout of the Kitchen at all. Without that island you wouldn't have any counter space to speak of! The pantry is small for the size of this house, but at least there is one! I don't like the sink being in the island. And the microwave is too high for me above the stove, and I can't climb, so couldn't reach it that way. And, there's no countertop space to put it on! Personally we don't need 2 living rooms and 2 dining rooms! But none of them are laid out so that they're easy to use for the rooms we do need - my Library, Music, Studio, Office Rooms and the Gym and husband's hobby rooms - they could be redone to work for us, but it would take some very extensive and expensive rearranging! I do like the In-laws suite. It makes a very good Guest Bedroom area! We personally don't need a retreat in the Master Bedroom, so it would be wasted space for us. The Master Bathroom isn't that great either. I love the double Vanities. I'd replace the tub with a Handicapped Tub. But that Tile Shower, though pretty, is too narrow. The commode area is not quite wide enough either. I thought at first glance it would do, but the longer I looked at it the more I realized it was a tad too narrow. Of course I'd remove the door - my claustrophobia, you know. The Closet would be fine except for the access of the water heater being in there! It should be in the Utility Room with the furnace! The Utility Room is okay, except for the water heater Not being in there. It does have a space for an Upright Freezer. But where that built-in table is I think I'd have had a deep sink put in. So anyway... I don't think this one is for us, as I'd have to more or less rebuild it! The price for this house surprised both of us though. We were expecting it to be wayyyyy over $300k! Anyway, Chance, it was a good video. Thanks for showing it. It shows me what I Don't want, and that's as necessary as seeing what I Do want! God bless you and your family.

I’m a “woman without a bathroom” 🤣 I’m always odd man out on Sunday mornings when he’s in the master and if she’s in the other bathroom when I need to get in there. Next house I’m having my water closet in the bathroom with a window and some storage, and a big clothes closet in the bedroom just for me. He’s getting a smaller closet in the bathroom. We won’t need dressers in the bedroom, all the clothes are gonna be in the closet.

Absolutely Hate the dinning room up front and set in the middle of the path from one end to the other, besides you have plenty of room for it in that Breakfast area.. no need for two dining areas. Might be a nice place to put the Pool Table. ;) I do however really love this home design over all.
This house is as close to perfect as you can get. Love the layout and the porches. It has everything except a sink in the utility room. Perfect size rooms. Keep up the great work buddy ❤ Congratulations on the newest addition to your beautiful family.
Love it! I'm not a huge fan of the dining room only because I feel like I'm eating in the hallway and if you're trying to bring in big stuff through the front door, you're either tripping over the dining room table or you have to shove everything up against a wall to get by.
I like the dual master suites- you can do a lot with those. The best part of this home is that they finally have a spot for a stand-up freezer! So many of them aren't doing that anymore and I mentioned this in every single video so I apologize for repeating myself but I do it in hopes that the manufacturers are actually reading these comments... In this day and age when we need to grab what we can when it's on sale- WE NEED A SPOT FOR A FREEZER!!!!!
I wish I could put that in bold red letters 8 in tall 😂. Please pass that information on- get rid of the cabinets, make me put in a stackable washer and dryer (full size of course) but please for the love of god- give us somewhere to put a freezer! Not all of us are going to have a garage right away and I don't want to put the damn thing in the master bedroom 😅.

....This is a good sized home, but the closet space in the two " guest bedrooms " is severely lacking, as well as in that " In Law Suite. Very little closet space.
Where's the Fireplace in the Lounge ( living room) ? This home should absolutely have a Fireplace. There's enough space in other areas that there should be walk in closets in those Bedrooms. I think the kitchen needed to be in an area that has a window, it's bad Feng Shui to not have a Window in Kitchens and Bathrooms.
And, having a Sink across from a Stove is VERY bad Feng Shui.
Bad bed placement in the Master Bedroom. The tub location, won't allow for a lovely fabric treatment, and offers ZERO privacy. I look at a lot of details, Aesthetics and if these Builders asked a woman about certain things,...they'd understand better how to put a Home together..This Home has a lot of space, but its layout is just weird.

I worked for the State of Arizona '04 - '06 and the Champion plant in Chandler was my assigned factory to inspect! I remember Kyle and Willis back then. Good folks to work with, excellent quality and it definitely shows! I especially like that no carpet seams show at the mate line. Beautiful layout! The only thing I have found wrong was the A/C vents in floor. I had a modular home and loved my vents in the ceiling. Love this floor plan but would want vents in ceiling.
I have to say…not liking it.
I have these closet doors in my 1961 ranch style and they’re a pain. You never have access to your entire closet. You’re constantly sliding those doors back and forth, back and forth…They’re pretty, but a really bad idea as far as daily use.
I also would not like walking through the dining room right in the middle of the house.
I can see the beauty and why others love it, but I’ve seen others that you’ve shown that I personally like more.

I have a 24yo, a 22yo, and we're adopting my nieces 4 kids, 3yo, 2yo twins, and a 5 month old. My first thought is carpet in a dining room is nasty.
I love to see cabinet and closet door opened I want to see how big or small they are. The dining room as soon as you walk in would be a no for me. I’d use it for something else. The master shower was excellent

This layout is confusing to me, I feel like we walked in the back door with the bathroom and two bedrooms right there. I think I'd rather set up what you're calling the back porch as the front porch, make the morning area an entryway space
Hello👋🏾 Great camera work. I would turn the front sitting room into an office with french doors and create a small foyer. The bedrooms are a great size, but I don't like how guests could potentially see into rooms with the doors opened, if they're seated in certain areas of the home. I'd prefer laminate or engineered wood for the flooring. Yes, I'm one of those homeowners that does not like the kitchen sink mounted in the island😁. That backsplash rocks and the porch out back is an added bonus. Thanks for the tour!

A whole single wide from front to back view in the middle, is incredibly thoughtful of the manufacturer. This home is calling me. I'd have to rip out ALL the carpet of course and I hate the vents in the floors, but it's still calling me 😂 I have 2 children and my father. This is perfect! Put this on land and even do a wrap around porch.... With a pool out there and outdoor kitchen and we're good to go! And not too bad on the price! 💯 Thnx for sharing this 💎

I hate when there's not a designated hot water heater closet. If you have to replace it! You'll have to clean out the master bedroom closet. Plus be careful dragging the dang thing over carpet....
Incredible Home! The layout is great, but I don't think I like the dining room in the middle. It kind of impedes traffic flow. I think I would probably use the front sitting room as the living room and put the dining room in the family room area. You could always add the kids table etc for Thanksgiving dinners into that space as needed instead of having the table there all the time.
Chance, I take my eggs over easy as well, but here in Pennsylvania some areas call them "dippy" eggs because you dip your toast into them. :)
I love seeing these triple wides, they're incredible. But this one has got to be in my top ten list for sure.
As a side note, I think I would hire that guy to do the camera work too....he's pretty good and does a great commentary! 😉🙃

Well I have to say I hate floorplan. There is almost no counter space in the kitchen. A large house yet they put the hot water heater in the closet. The whole front of the house is wasted space. The dining room is just too disconnected from the kitchen and the front living area, well I cant see anyone actually using it. Not a geat house at all.
Ive been to this mobile home spot a lot just to look at this one in buckeye. Was thinking about possibly purchasing but monthly payments for financing was ridiculous 😮

Love this layout where each room has it's individual function and space yet the main rooms flow together. The in law suite is great and laid out well. Love love love that the kitchen is at back of the house and not even in view when you enter. Big big plus. Love the pantry (of course) lol I would prefer the sink not be in the island, but that's minor. Like the porches and where they are located, but I would love them being larger. It gets rather cramped once you add furniture and more than two people on them. Overall, I say it's a 9.6. I would love to live there.
Not a fan of the stucco-look on the walls, but overall this house is gorgeous! Great layout.
They do the stucco walls. Because it's more cost-effective for them, not as much touch up. And easier to fix when mistakes occur or problems, But I agree with you one hundred percent textured walls Look ugly.

Awesome camera work and I don't mind the voice over at all as it was all good to me. I love the house and would make only one change. I don't care for carpet in the dining room. Makes no sense to me to eat a meal over carpet, but we're all different.

This is THE ONE. After all this time. I love this. Perfect. A bit of an extension to the back porch where you can add an outside fire place. And living area ( next to kitchen )needs a fire place. But this works! Best job ever chance !!
Its great. But man I miss R E A L fireplaces. The smell of the different woods like cedar and pine .Guess I ask for too much.

I could have sworn you'd done this floor plan before. I really dislike this house. I don't like that you can stand at the front door and look right down it's throat. I don't like that the formal dining room is essentially a big hall and it makes it difficult to reimagine that area, cuz I don't want 2 dining rooms. I don't like the small kitchen. I don't understand gow so many square feet doesn't have linen closets. This is a nope.
I also thought he did this one before. It is actually my least favorite he's done. I dislike the layout.

I love this!!! It's just gorgeous... That master bathroom was stunning! The kitchen was very spacious..... BUT..... There's one thing I didn't like. It's very minor, probably petty, but here goes. I didn't like that that one bathroom seemed close to the dining area. It could be just how it looked on camera, but when you mentioned having Thanksgiving, Christmas etc .. I just picture having a bunch of people around the table, then someone goes to use the bathroom...... Well, you get where I'm going with this. 🤢🫢 Anyways, again, it could just be me being petty lol

Actually, Chance 1:58 is a transom window. It just doesn’t have framing or a header between the top transom window and lower single hung/double hung/casement/fixed etc. because the two windows are joined into one, it’s considered a “mulled transom”. This means they share the same sash, where a typical framed transom will have two separate sashes. Hope that helps make the distinction.

Wassup Chance?! I'm doing good. I just love the size of the home, and I love the pantry, needs a fireplace, and make the in-law suit a utility room instead, I'd rather have away from the kitchen, as of me right now I'm single and don't have kids, just prefer big homes, especially seeing that I grew in big homes, and I'm the same way with eggs, I'd don't them scrambled, just prefer them over easy or sunny side up.

Im 5'0 so those huge tubs are dangerous lol, I'd swap it for a standalone. Add a fireplace in the living room, relocate the water heater out of the main closet and the house would be my dream!

I couldn't make it I couldn't make a comment on top do I just interjected right here I wanted to tell chance that my son is handicapped and he's in a wheelchair what a mobile home the hallways and I noticed in this home that there was no hallways and that's wonderful for somebody that's in a wheelchair they can't do this whole ways or do those turns whoever made this home they were thinking about that and it's beautiful always has such a waste of space I want it where did you all see the price?

It's over 2600 "feet" not foot (anything over 1 you use the plural form of foot) But you could say "The house is "a" 2600 foot house."
We do this when it’s part of a compound adjective describing a noun.
For example:
a thirty-foot boat
an eight-foot couch
a hundred-foot building
If you're not using a or an in your sentence before saying the size over 1 foot, use the plural form of feet. Hope that helps. 😊
I just purchased in Georgia a doble wide, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms for $219,800, so I just got cheated out of a Mobile Mansion for $20,000 more. Damn I feel dumb. Realtors and Construction Company’s got to bless them. Guess did not do my research.

I like the NATURAL, SOFT COLORS. All the jet black, greys & silvers are so sterile & cold. We have passed up buying some homes we liked due to all the black, greys. The colors in this one are very nice. The high ceilings are not energy efficient & they make spaces look very cold.

2600 square feet with a dinky master closet a dining room you have to walk through a long wired house might like it better if you use the back as the front. But really a micr over the oven? Just feels layer out wrong. Really a lost oppurtunity with all that square footage.
Hello Chance! Good video! Big house! But...I do not like the layout of the Kitchen at all. Without that island you wouldn't have any counter space to speak of! The pantry is small for the size of this house, but at least there is one! I don't like the sink being in the island. And the microwave is too high for me above the stove, and I can't climb, so couldn't reach it that way. And, there's no countertop space to put it on! Personally we don't need 2 living rooms and 2 dining rooms! But none of them are laid out so that they're easy to use for the rooms we do need - my Library, Music, Studio, Office Rooms and the Gym and husband's hobby rooms - they could be redone to work for us, but it would take some very extensive and expensive rearranging! I do like the In-laws suite. It makes a very good Guest Bedroom area! We personally don't need a retreat in the Master Bedroom, so it would be wasted space for us. The Master Bathroom isn't that great either. I love the double Vanities. I'd replace the tub with a Handicapped Tub. But that Tile Shower, though pretty, is too narrow. The commode area is not quite wide enough either. I thought at first glance it would do, but the longer I looked at it the more I realized it was a tad too narrow. Of course I'd remove the door - my claustrophobia, you know. The Closet would be fine except for the access of the water heater being in there! It should be in the Utility Room with the furnace! The Utility Room is okay, except for the water heater Not being in there. It does have a space for an Upright Freezer. But where that built-in table is I think I'd have had a deep sink put in.
So anyway... I don't think this one is for us, as I'd have to more or less rebuild it! The price for this house surprised both of us though. We were expecting it to be wayyyyy over $300k! Anyway, Chance, it was a good video. Thanks for showing it. It shows me what I Don't want, and that's as necessary as seeing what I Do want! God bless you and your family.
