Psychic/Water/Colorless being the Top 3 seems about right. Also a little Ironic too since the 3 best Types in Gen 1 of the videogames were Normal, Psychic and Ice.
Honorable mention to Mismagius from Unbroken Bonds, and the Lost Zone Core (Sableye and Comfey), both not for being broken in their own rights but pairing their respective meta game’s cards so well and enabling ridiculously precise and difficult to counteract gameplay “Baby Mew” from FCO also fit this description but was overall such a techy card I don’t think it’s remotely close to being in contention, whereas the others I can fully justify being on this list
There's definitely some honorable meantions here. Mew VMAX was/is crazy good, Lost Zone Sabeleye is perhaps one of the most oppressive cards in the current format, Gardevoir ex is impressive if you know how to use it correctly, and I speculate that once Alakazam ex gets printed, people will be in a world of hurt.

No. Slowking wasn't necessarily printed to be broken, it was just a huge mistranslation cause Mind Games should have only worked if Slowking was active. If that was the case, it's attack was terrible anyway that it didn't really want to be active.
Hey man, big fan so far. I want to ask your opinion on my old deck. I ran a few snorlax/chanseys, and only ran Ghastly/haunter/gengar and Abra/Aldabra/Alakazam. I could move my damage counters to benches snorlax/chancey and gengars power could quickly build damage in their back line

I wish there was a good online Pokémon TCG card game. I didn’t expect the card game to be this deep and I kinda want to try it out. But I can’t find any good ones.
The official one, Pokémon TCG Live, is pretty good. Ok, this last update kinda made it buggy. And I hope you don't care about Rank climbing cause that's unnecessarily difficult in this. But before this last update, the game ran completely fine for me, despite what the internet has said about it. And it is very free to play friendly.
Alright, so my deck is called RegiSky box, because it's main components are the Regis from astral radiance, which I can quickly set up, battle Compressor discards energies quickly and effectively, dedenne gx and squakabilly ex are also good for discard cards (which can then be discarded from play when sky field leaves play), sky field is a huge part of the start, increasing your bench from 5 to 8 (I recommend 3 or 4 of this card), this then allows you to play coverage pokemon, so I run in addition to the regis, radiant zard, mew (it has memories of dawn ability, which allows you to copy the attack of any benched pokemon, covers generic psychic weakness's) guzzlord, which hits for 2 prizes in single prize decks or weakness (calling psychic pokemon the food as it can score an easy 4 prize against gengariyu, turn 1) dragonite ex ("drag up") is also a good recovery card. Edit: It's even my signature deck for expanded since I started abusing it'd power with blissey, now I use the set as explained
Man I really dislike the design of tag teams -- Sun and Moon was a great block up until Team Up. Like the format of SUM-LOT was incredible, so many stage 2s being played and winning.
It's definitely good, but not broken. Despite it being the best deck in the format now, it's considered to be fair to play against and it still has some bad match ups it doesn't do great in, so I don't think it's quite strong enough to qualify for such a list yet
I think it is fair to say that the psyquic type has been the best type historically in Pókemon TCG. I would put water in second place

Shadow Rider with Genkyu and TrevNoir was for me the most disgusting deck that has ever been legal in standart. Yes, incuiding ADP and Mew VMAX
