Almost every mega that doesn't appear on this list was pretty bad honestly. Megas were, overall, a dissapointing mechanic on the TCG. Maybe in the future, if the Kalos remakes reintroduce them, we will see an upgrade in their playability.
Thank you for the video, I was waiting for it for a long time. And let's all be honest even without this top 10 list we knew deep inside that M Rayquaza will be number 1
I really expect the return of Mega Evolution in the TCG with Legends ZA and the gen 10, in which we will not forced to use Spirit Link on it and, instead, Mega Evolutions will cost 3 prizes, as it should be. The downside is the discontinuity of the fairy type though .-.)
I would love a Top 10 best decks of XY/ORAS format, it's a very nostalgic time to me and decks like Greninja Break are classics immortalized by being released by the Pokemon Company itself as a world's winner deck.
Just balance. They wanted two rock, paper, and scissors style triangles and getting rid of the type with the least support and mons made the most sense.
I would love to see a video on the top 10 most unique/special card. Some examples would be ________'s Pikachu from celebrations, Imakuni?'s Doduo from Evolutions, the japanese Exeggutor from Evolutions, First Ticket from Dragon Vault
M Mewtwo EX released in XY Breakthrough in Nov 2015. A whole year before the end of the XY sets. The first SM set released in Feb 2017. So no idea what you were talking about there.
Im surprised the original Mega Blastoise didnt make the cut. It only saw experimentation in standard, but expanded really helped thanks to aqua patch and Archie's ace in the hole
as someone who only started playing pokemon in the last few months, i can see how bad power creep has been when most of these show up my thought is 'wow this is just a bad version of x' like audino is bad dragapult ex
He should only be making Yugioh content because his Pokemon stuff has so many errors and factually incorrect stuff in it that it drives me insane. Whether its his fault or if someone else is writing this stuff and he just does the VO, it's dumb. He doesn't have anywhere close the background and knowledge in PTCG they way he does in Yugioh
Bro why didn't you mention Mewtwo's type versatility? Especially in the Sun & Moon era before it rotated. It was incredibly useful in Fire and Water decks, and of course its own typing.
Now I'm curious if there are enough subpar or bad mega evolution cards to do a top 10 worst of list for this topic
Agreed. I’m curious what the 10 weakest are too

Most megas sucked, it would be difficult to make a bottom 10 when so many are unplayable
Keep an eye out for the next upload, you might have your question answered
Turns out yes 😂😂

Hopefully we get some mega related tcg mechanics in the legends AZ
Slight correction the purple ancient trait is Theta not Delta.
Is there a video about why fairy type was remove on PTCG?
I'm very curious about that.
Love your videos ❤

Good recommendation. Top 10 tool cards. Or too 10 best stadiums

Birthday Pikachu isn't all that special, it's been around for decades and had multiple different variants befire Celebrations.
@@GoyBenius_0901 If its not that special name a card with the same mechanic🤷
man i love what you did keep it up

He makes a lot of mistakes like this and it frustrates me to no end
Slights misinformation about the set. Absolutely correct about not shining at Worlds in 2016. Almost completely irrelevant at that stage.
Surprised M Gyradoes isn’t on this list. x4 Aqua Patch x4 Mega Turbo x4 Dive Ball made it extra consistent and could hit hard!

I grew up with the power creep and understand where you're coming from. I didn't realize how much it actually was even post tag team
Tag Team was the set that boosted the power creep from gradual to ridiculous
Aw hell yeah new upload
I'm still sad that I can't play my MGardeEX in PTCGL. I only played expanded in PTCGO so I could use her :(
Only mega i have is the jumbo groudon promo card
M Audino mentioned 🎉
Top 10 competitive promo cards
0:27 that’s a theta 😢
Top 10 ancient trait pokemon
I have three Mega Latios ex cards
Without actual Latios ex 💀
Damn I thought you only made Yu gi oh content

Who’s using mega chrizard ex that one is very rare and it’s going outrageously high in market price
One of the most popular Mill targets for Regidrago VStar in Expanded, and it's cost makes you Mill even deeper into the Deck.

Sorry... Who's keeping tabs on what's good or not in the dead expanded format lol 😂
I’m trying, I wish expanded would have more play.
