Ive got a 2014 XTS VSport Platinum. Caddy knocked this generation out of the park. The CUE system is terrific and if youve ever used a tablet is super easy to use. Im a V8 guy, but i dont miss the V8!

The vsport is a magnificent drive. If it came with a BMW badge and BMW shell, gearheads would be naming their children after it. But bias against the Caddy badge is really hurting sales.

Fortunately the bias against Caddy means I can buy a 3 year old car that drives like a wet dream for the price of a nice Camry.

It's really as simple as that!

Another great review. We are on the same page when it comes to the over-abundance of bells and whistles on new cars. They are just adding more things to break down. When your seat vibrator breaks down, are you really going to go into the Cadillac dealership and ask them to fix it? Probably, you will just turn the damn thing off. I hate touch screens on anything. How long are they going to last and how much will they cost to fix?

I love CUE and realize I-Drive or Mercedes systems are more complicated than it is. I'm also glad Cadillac is leaving certain buyers behind of a certain age and building cars for a younger generation.

I-Drive and Mercedes system have dramatically improved. I think it was stupid to design touch sensitive controls because they are not accurate, and you have to really focus to get it right. It requires too much while driving. Other than CUE, it think its an awesome car.

chigasaki06 I don't understand the supposedly hate for CUE, it's a great system when I-Drive and Mercedes systems came out many of these same critics hated them. All new systems require a learning curve however, what I've noticed is that most reviewers that I see trying to show CUE press to hard and move their fingers across the screen much too fast. Cadillac has an excellent voice-activated system why these so-called reviewers never mention that or use it is beyond me?

NITTY103166 I agree that when I-drive and the Mercedes systems came out critics hated them, however, they have greatly improved. Particularly I-drive. My issue with CUE is the whole touch sensitive idea in general. Cool in theory and horrible in real world application based on my opinion using it. While driving, I don't like taking my eyes off the road, so I think swiping requires more effort than merely locating a physical button, then quickly turning the volume up and down. In such a case, you don't even have to see the button after a while. In CUE, I feel that I have to be more accurate. Also, the system is very buggy thus far. As far a voice control goes, it is good, but I personally don't like using them waiting forever for vocal prompts, so I hardly use it. Also, I think Cadillac needs to move away from CUE because it limits the design potential of their dashboards. Virtually all the models looks the same when looking at the dash. They need to be more distinctive, especially since Cadillac is supposed to be high luxury.

Touch sensitive screens in a car that you're supposed to be driving so you and other people don't get killed are stupid, end of story.

Must have been the cowboy hat crushing his brain. Should have given this car 5 stars. Yes the interior was dull. But I have seen other V sports with better colored interiors.

Wearing a cowboy hat in a car is weird.

The CTS looks great and drives great, but whoever came up with a glossy steering wheel and the touch sensitive CUE needs to be beaten severely. CUE sucks and everyone knows it, but that glossy steering wheel...such a stupid decision on it's face it defies explanation. It looks good until the second you touch it, then it looks horrible, and it's a STEERING WHEEL. You're touching it all the time.
