As a 20 year old who was a straight A student from middle school up to college, its good to hear an adult who understands the school system. Everything Nate was saying about the school system is what I always say. The school system was never built for empowerment. That's why the teachers are underpaid and why the curriculums haven't changed since the 1900s.

However, Cody didn’t name his business 8% for funsies. Only 8% of licensed insurance agents stick with it cause it’s a tough business and only the strong survive. So this is why the OP didn’t reply.
Would love if you guys could record those shows for people who want to but can't make it and would really use the things they heard from in it their careers, cough like myself. Would be something I would seriously watch all the way through.
I have NEVER watched a video this long all the way through. I haven't even watched a 30-minute video all the way through except a few times. But this "rant" by Nate was worth it and I am so glad I stumbled on this video. Thank you!

And are being paid base on the value they bring to their employers.
Teachers are employees of the school districts .
Where does school districts gets their revenues? How is the average school district worth?
