Was so excited to start my first day in the field. I struggled heavy on the phones the first two days. Finally was able to set some appointments then omw to the first appointment my engine crapped out 🤦♂️🤦♂️😭. I'm not quitting. I will be back

Hey Cody, I just turned 18 about 2 weeks ago and I want to join an agency and sell insurance as soon as possible. I'm currently finishing high school online so I have the ability to work full time. What is the best way to go about getting an interview and being hired at my age with no prior sales experience to show for. Should I independently get my license or do it through a company? I'm constantly learning through reading and listening to audiobooks everyday on sales. Id really appreciate your advice on this, thanks Cody.

Sadly most will fail in this business. There are a few people however who will excel. This guy is genuine and sincere. He also had a very important plan B to keep the wolves from the door.
